One of the best B and Bs I have ever stayed in. Classy boutique style room with high quality fittings, lovely bathrooms and one of the best nights sleep ever. The view was amazing and an outstanding breakfast with excellent locally sourced products and wonderful coffee and orange juice. Honestly the walk to town is really not steep.

Paula is an amazing host and her house is just beautiful. My sister and I loved the additional touches, fresh fruit and chocolate in the room and pretty fresh flowers. Breakfast was a real treat overlooking the colourful garden. Lovely variety for breakfast and cooked to perfection. Hoping to be back. Thank you so much.

Paula was exceedingly welcoming and goes above the usual helpfulness of a B & B. Breakfast was in a lovely airy conservatory. Plenty of choice, usual cereals, fruit, juice and variety of cooked breakfast.

It’s on a busy road and as hot had to have window open though there was a fan which was nice addition. Blinds didn’t block out light.

This bnb deserves its exceptional rating. The room was elegant, the bed was extremely comfortable, and there were extras on arrival, such as fresh fruit and chocolates. The owner was very helpful, and the breakfast options were excellent. Lovely garden, too!

There wasn't anything we didn't like. If anything, they've set the bar too high. It would be difficult to stay anywhere else after this experience.

We liked everything about this accommodation. It was spotless, fresh, modern, and had little personal touches that made a difference. The breakfast was exceptional, whether you had the full English or pancakes. Beautiful setting, exquisite garden views. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect yet homely. Can't wait to stay there again.

I prefer a walk in shower rather than bath, however my room had a large bath with shower over. It’s not a complaint it’s just me expressing a preference.

I didn't like that I had to leave

I cudnt fault anything from the second i arrived to the second I left, I've stayed in lots of places and this was by far the best ever so clean so comfy and my host was so very friendly

A small table would have bben handy in the shared lounge for computing or writing..

My room on the 3rd floor had everything that I needed. The hostess, Paula was first-rate, providing her special touch and treats here and there. Breakfast was excellent and I had the best sleeps since arriving in England 3 weeks ago.

It was perfect after a long strenuous walk

The choice for breakfast was excellent.As we arrived on foot after a very long walk the climb to the property was challenging but Paula made us a cup of tea before we ascended the stairs to our room

The location was more uphill from the RedJet terminal than I’d expected but still very walkable from town. There is a local bus to Newport from M&S to the Premier shop very nearby if you have things to carry or are tired.

Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Little touches like fresh fruit and water in the room just gave it a special feel. Breakfast cooked to order, good choice, fresh ingredients - superb.

From the outset, the host made the effort to personalise my stay. I Wass on the Isle of Wight to enter an ultra challenge and having this space was like heaven. A lovely room with wonderful facilities and excellent breakfast and service. Little touches made a huge difference. I will be back!
