Shower, with the hand basin so close to the shower door and the step in and out you didn't have room to walk out of the shower. This caused a problem to both myself and husband with back issues. Even if we didn't have back issues you felt you needed to lean on the sink which could come off the wall. Hand rail for extra support to get in and out of the shower would benefit.

Bed, while it was comfortable too many hotels now put two single beds together and try to claim it's a double bed. when lying in the middle of the bed there is a dip which isn't great.

Great location close to town and the sea. Well catered apartment, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Bubbly and cookies on arrival was a nice touch.

Honestly had a great stay. If I was being very picky the road outside was a bit noisy but not sure there’s much you can do about that.

My only "constructive criticism" would be the lack of a mirror in the living/bedroom area. The only mirror available was in the bathroom where there was no electrical socket to plug in hair straightners etc. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect!

Perfect accommodation. Will absolutely return. Nice touch, providing a bottle of Prosecco and a box of Tunnocks Tea Cakes for our arrival.

My wife found the pillows high and too hard. There were cushions but she couldn’t quite find the right combo to get a full nights sleep.

Great communication from Sean who also met us at the property. Large room, spotlessly clean, with huge bed. Thoughtful welcome pack (prosecco and biscuits) to supplement coffee and tea in smart, well equipped, kitchen. Great bathroom and shower. Plenty parking alongside and bus stops to and from town are adjacent to the apartment with beach 5 mins away. Heather Suite is on the top floor up 2 flights of stairs which may challenge those with accessibility issues. Unexpected early morning (fire) alarm activated by someone’s burnt toast was a bit of a rude awakening but showed that the property takes that kind of thing seriously. Really enjoyable stay in the Ferry.
