where you stay is like an appartment with a good sized lounge/diner/kitchenette. Good sized bedroom and separate bathroom. You can access the rooms at any time as you have a separate entrance. Breakfast is continental (British style)

This is more than a B&B. This is an up market self-contained apartment. Clare, the owner, was brilliant and very informative. The place was really clean and breakfast was a good choice. It is plentiful and full of options

Put in a lift instead of narrow steep steps, a space saver and safer for more people. Devise a way to close off the light well at night(velux with blackout?) and alarm light at night. ....reposition so not visible from bedroom?

Location very good, greeting very good, very clean etc. We had a problem with the amount of light at night and narrowness of stairs.....didn't suit us, probably not an issue for many.

The apartment was truly fabulous in all aspects and was incredible value for money. The continental breakfast provided was good and some nice touches with fruit in the fridge. Location really central to many key places whether city or attractions.

Everything! Immaculately clean. Excellent facilities, including continental breakfast. A suite of modern rooms comprising double bedroom, bath and shower room a large living room with settee,TV and breakfast table with a kitchen area at one end. Fridge (stocked with milk and yoghurt), kettle and toaster. Cereal and muesli in adjacent cupboard. Nice views over the front and rear gardens and beyond. Very helpful owner on arrival, but left alone after arrival. I can honestly say this is the best B&B I have ever stayed in (and I've just turned 71). I shall look here first for my next visit to Slimbridge!

Friendly greeting from the owner on arrival and a great place to stay. All self contained with evening food within walking distance. We really could not have asked for more.

It was absolutely right for us and a delightful surprise to find we had more space than we had anticipated all looking beautiful! This was a quiet setting with a parking space and easy access to places we were visiting.

The WiFi was a bit weak, but the good 4g made up for it.

separate annexe, very well fitted out, comfortable and warm. on a minor road - very quiet. Nice pub a short walk away.

some devices didn't work: the remote light in the bedroom; the bathtub drain stopper. The tap on the bathroom basin needed to be turned on fully. A smaller flow would backup and spill onto the floor. Were someone to stay for several days, the absence of any cooking facilities other than toaster, kettle and egg poacher might prove problematical. Perhaps a microwave might be provided?
