Our room overlooked the courtyard which could get a little noisy, even early in the morning.

The staff were friendly and accomodating. Reception was cosy, the bar was stylish and inviting and the courtyard area looked welcoming. The Ormond is slap bang in the heart of Tetbury, literally on the doorstep of shops, cafes, restaurants and quaint Cotswold walks.

All the staff lovely but maybe a few more staff would be good , however we went on weekday and it was quiet do maybe they have more weekends .

Absence of parking facilities nearby can be a challenge.

Bathroom was lovely apart from bath tub and shower seemed a bit dated. Other than that, all was good. Unfortunately the kitchen had no gas when we went for breakfast and was served a breakfast made on a portable cooker. Still was charged full price. I guess on another day, it would be great though! ❤️

It was located in a quiet, historic countryside town in a building which used to be an old horse coach house. The hotel is next to a pub which serves breakfast in the morning and also many drinks to choose from. Kind & helpful staff, lots of shops near by including a CO-OP, right next door. Large specious room & comfy bed. Had everything you need for a short stay. Would recommend. Nice and clean!

The room was definitely on the cosy side, and there was no wardrobe for hanging clothes in.

Parking was a long way away (not hotels fault).

The room was very comfortable and the walk in shower was excellent. It was on the ground floor so very accessible for us oldies and the dog. The breakfast was good. The staff were lovely and really helpful.

I was disappointed that there was no draught ale on tap. Also the bottle ale from Butcombe Brewery was over priced. There were renovations taking place in the restaurant so We were glad We were able to eat outside due to the strong small of adhesive.

Our room was off the courtyard where we ate lunch. A fan was provided as it was very hot weather.

A bit of a rabbit warren, but that comes with age of the hotel. No parking, but the public car park wasn't far away.

Room ready and clean. Proactively posted me my jacket that I had left behind. Good breakfast, very freindly and helpful staff.

Water in the shower was interrupted mid shower with very low pressure most likely while someone in another room was showering.

Great location in town. The rooms were made up nicely. Lovely pub and outside seating on the courtyard. Although we didn’t eat there the menu looked good.
