Great location. Room was well equipped and clean. Our dog was welcomed with her own water bowl and a treat! Amy and Richard were truly wonderful hosts.

I had a great stay here with my dog Cleo. The room was perfect, clean and with a really comfortable bed that I struggled to get out of!! As well as this, there was complimentary tea and coffee facilities with milk in a bottle in the fridge, which I thought was a really sweet touch. The location is perfect and really close (but not too close) to the main town area. The owner Amy is absolutely lovely and they can't do enough. Will definitely visit again. Lots of stairs to our room at the top which was hard with luggage and lacking in much storage as we had a small double room however was not too much of a hassle but I do think an older person may struggle with the stairs.

Very welcoming staff and very clean and well presented rooms. Great location and welcome pack was well informed and helpful for local area and amenities.

Amy was a amazing host. Very accommodating and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Great location, near to all attractions but as its central, parking is a bit harder if you're coming by car.

Absolutely nothing!

The Rosewood was lovely- Amy was a fantastic host and went above and beyond when I stupidly left my jacket in the room. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms and bathrooms very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for the seafront and the abbey.

Such a marvellous place! The hosts, Amy and Richard, love being hosts and make you feel really welcome. The rooms in a neo-romantic style (with a tiny fridge including milk for the tea), the breakfast (table set for each room) , the whole house - you can feel, that they love what they do.

I think the room cleaning schedule of once every 3 days is not acceptable for hygiene purposes. I'd prefer that the room cleaning be at least once every 2 days. Changing guest bed sheets as part of the cleaning procedure would be appreciated. It is unfortunate that I had to stay in the same sheet for my 5 days stay.

The location was ideal to easily access the town center, restaurants, beach etc. I found the accommodation to be valued for money. I liked my choice of holiday destination and hoping to explore more cities like this next year.

The property has a great central location for exploring Torquay and the English riviera. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless. Amy was so lovely and let us leave our bags before check in. It’s clear that they take pride in their business as every detail has been thought of and the rooms have everything for a comfortable stay

Had a wonderful stay for a quick getaway. The nearest beach is only ten minutes away on foot. The room was tidy and comfortable. Loved the assortments for breakfast. The fresh bottled milk for the tea was a bonus gesture.

The parking was very “tight” but there’s not a lot they could do about it. It’s the style of the property.
