The bed was very squeaky and I didn’t feel safe at times, the shower pressure was really weak on both shower heads.

Beautiful lodge, private, comfortable mostly. Clean, easy to find and no need to talk to anyone if no need too. Hot tub amazing.

The outside of the lodge looked tired, and in need of attention. No step for gaining access into the Hot tub.

The hot tub was amazing, our stay was good, the bed was very comfortable, and we had two excellent nights sleep. The location was brilliant for visiting National Trust properties in the area.

Heating & Hot Water did not work to begin with, we turned the boiler on and off and this resolved the issue. The big shower head was really noisy so we just used the smaller attachment. Dusty under bed, and we took the cushions off the sofa to check nothing fell down before we left, we found a butter knife and bits off food in the cracks. The restaurant on site looked lovely so we went to go and eat, however was told by another guest in the restaurant that it was actually shut for a private wedding reception. This was not a problem however we was not aware of this, that it would be shut for a private function. We were told the keys would be in the door, however they were inside the property, eventually we realized this so this was quickly resolved. It was a nice stay but would not be worth it without the hot tub, it could definitely be luxury with some attention to detail

Once heating was on it got very warm! making it lovely and cosy! It was nice and quiet, very relaxing. The grounds and lake was a lovely view. Nice parking onsite next to your cabin. Very private hot-tub, enclosed and nice experience. Basic essentials provided, nice and easy stay, it was worth the price for a 2 night stay. Basic necessities provided.

The description says its at Longleat, it's actally 10 minutes away by car. There was no heating or hot water when we arrived, it was rectified the following day.

Text message to say key in door of Otter 1 on arrival, however Otter 1 was in the middle of being refurbished. No staff on site, quick phone call sorted it and moved to Magpie 4. Lovely Lodge but very basic kitchen equipment, such as no bottle opener, bare minimum crockery.

Lovely setting, very peaceful, daily visit from the geese. Weather was rough so didn't use the hot tub. Comfortable and clean.

If I was being really picky it could do with a tiny little bit of a better clean i.e under the bed, however, all places that actually mattered were clean and tidy.

The lodge although a good size was quite run down. I’m sure at one point it may have been luxury but I feel the lodge needs updating to bring it back up to that standard. However, the lodge was in a nice quiet area although I was shock at how close we were to the lodges on either side of us. The bed was super comfortable and the heating made it a very cosy stay.

The hot tub was a nice way to end our days.

Really quiet and quiet peaceful setting, felt like the only people there as it was so private and quiet. Lodges we’re lovely and homely, clean, and comfortable, Hot tub was private and amazing!! Location was excellent!!

Bathroom blind is broken and the window faces parking space of another property, would have liked the extra privacy, especially as it’s been mentioned quite a few times now in the reviews. Property is not the cleanest, the windows really need a good wipe. Shower leaks when it’s on full, sprays over the top of the screen onto the toilet. Kitchen was lacking, e.g. no bottle opener, not much cutlery, oven symbols have rubbed off etc.

Super quiet and peaceful location, hot tub was great and feels private. Lake is nice for a little stroll. Bed was comfy enough. Keys are left in the lodge door on arrival (I was slightly before check-in time and could get straight in). Each plot has a parking space.

Lightning in lounge area was poor. There were a few minor repairs needed to blinds in kitchen and bathroom and tap in kitchen. The hot tub could do with a step to help get in it and there were some repairs needed to the gate and verandah.

Jacuzzi could do with a step to get into, sofa was a bit dated and worn out, loud shower noise, Lake view restricted due to privacy for jacuzzi, 10am checkout or £15 for 1 hour extra, no toilet paper in bungalow

Lovely peaceful place, nice little lake with ducks and geese, bungalows are nice but a little bit in need of TLC also quit close next to each other, Clean inside bungalow, tub is small but sufficient, bed comfy, nice wall decorations, sufficient plugs for chargers etc, no USB, plastic chairs on Veranda, parking next to bungalow, restaurant on site unfortunately not able to provide food as staff ill. We’ll definitely go back as base for visiting Longleat Safari Park.

When we arrived there was no one there keys were in the door .the place was lovely but needed a good clean the kitchen cupboard were sticky to open and close .a dog had eaten the leg of the chair .there was a fly in the kitchen vent .the shower leaked the sofa was dirty .the hot tub lid dint fit and water dint look clean there were fly in it and muck .

It was nothing like the picture , there was all mould around hot top , it looked horrible the taps in bathroom and kitchen didn’t work properly the cooker we couldn’t use as the signs rubbed of to see what we was doing
