Lots of stairs. Didn't discover the lift until halfway through the stay. The wifi code could have been in the room, rather than having to go back down and get various code numbers etc. All minor points.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels etc in this part of London so was kind of dreading it but this was a pleasant surprise, especially for the cost. The room was small but clean. It actually had air con and it worked. V good in the heatwave. small kitchen was very handy. I can't fault the linen, all crisp and clean and the small shower etc worked very well with good toiletries.

My door key didn’t work for the entire time I was there (4 days) and the man at reception shouted at me when I asked to be let into my room on one of the nights. It also took 2 weeks and several messages to get an invoice sent to me.

Plenty of space for a longer stay. Decent facilities in room.

Bit noisy. You can hear people next door and upstairs when they walk, talk, watch tv Shower was blocked and water didn’t run properly so you need to have a quick shower otherwise you will get flooded

lift door sticks on carpet on floor 2 disabling the lift. Although can be pushed shut, clearly some guests didn't bother making the lift unusable for other guests

Room was incredibly hot. I did discover the heating was on when returned at 11pm, but guy at reception quickly sorted that out for me. Tiny little drop at the bathroom door continually caught me out!

Very convenient location, staff friendly. Good price for studio with all facilities. Room small, but still bigger than point a hotel down the road and nearly £50 cheaper

I stayed for 5 nights and I asked to make an invoice in the very beginning - the night I arrived, but I got it right before I left the hotel. One guy was telling me that he said to responsible person and he probably forgot about it, because he's weed smoker. The other guy during third day told me that first one didn't tell him about my request. I don't know whose fault it was, but cleary at least of them was just waisting time and my patience. Very thin walls and I've got extremely annoying neighbour - woman that shouted at someone by the phone all that time that I was in the room - mornings and evening. Especially annoying was obviously evening, when I tried to sleep. Neghbour from another the side of loud room was also complaining about this woman, but apparently without any result.

Price was affordable for this location - quite close to two tube stations. Staff was friendly in general, but it took very long to make an invoice.

No air conditioning, it was very hot and stuffy. Basics things missing in the kitchen. For example only 1 cup.

The location was great and access was easy. The fridge and kitchenette options were handy.

The ladies are doing cleaning on a daily basis but some detailed cleaning of curtains and carpets, pillows, would make difference.

Location is perfect, quite near to the metro station for Piccadilly line. Near supermarket, coffe shops, bakery, fast foods and restaurants. Walking distance to Hyde park, Natural Science museum. Check-in and check-out very easy.
