Nothing to really fault it, only things is the amount of spider webs in the lodge but considering where it’s located it would be quite difficult to keep on top of that! And possibly could be even better if there was a shelter on top of the hot tub as so many bugs/leaves from the trees constantly fall into the water, but overall a great stay!

It was in a quiet location, very peaceful and comfortable stay!

There was no hot water, it was tepid at the most There was a funny, sewage smell in the hot tub When stripping the bed to help with the departure, we noticed that one of the pillows has blood spots on it and there was no pillow protection covers

The only suggestion I would have is maybe adding some chlorine to the hot tub water so it does not have a slight algae scent

- spacious - modern - gas bbq - preheated hot tub on arrival - very quiet and remote location - dog friendly hosts - large heater inside of the cabin made it really comfy and warm - peace and quiet throughout the stay

Not a dislike but a little clothes storage would be plus.

It was so peaceful and very clean. The other guests on the site could be seen or heard which was amazing.

Secluded get away on your door step with easy access to great town with everything you need. Bed was utterly amazing and so comfy and Graham is a lovely guy. 11/10 would definitely stay again and recommend to other looking to get away

Everything was fine was very happy with it.

Loved how peaceful the lodge/area was. Loved everything that came with the lodge that you can use on your stay such as tv, cups and plates, hair dryer. Hot-tub was excellent. Bed was very comfy. Lots of room in the lodge.

Maybe have some milk even little longlife pods. Was dying for a cup of tea when we got there 😆Apart from that was excellent. Will definitely book again.

Loved the fairy lights, hot tub and I could take my cockapoo dog with me. Also loved all the facilities was really well looked after.

Only thing to watch out for is the entrance door and door to the bathroom is smaller in height than an average door so need to remember to duck to get in and out but once you have done it a few times you get use to it

Great location with lodges nearby but had great privacy so didn't need to worry about others staying seeing you running to and from the hot tub! Great size lodge with lots of facilities and overall a great stay to get away for a few days and disconnect

Bring your midgie spray as I did get a few bites on my legs - to be expected in the countryside!

We love to get away for a couple of nights with a hot tub and Oxen Craig is perfect for this. Only 20 minutes from Aberdeen but feels wonderfully remote. There's everything you need from bedding to cutlery and the BBQ and hot tub are very easy to use. We've been here before and will be back again!

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't find any instructions on how to work the cooker(hobs) , mustve took about 30minutes or longer to figure it out! Apart from that there are no faults.

It's absolutely stunning!! So peaceful, so much nature, the lodge is absolutely gorgeous inside and out! The hottub was fab, absolutely loved it!!

The following points are just cosmetic easy fixes, nothing detrimental to our Holiday. The shower pole kept falling out of the holder because the head was too heavy and the pole not fitted right. The Wi-Fi poor kept dropping out, so in the evening , if you want to sit and relax in front of the tv, it didn't happen. The bathroom window had clear glass, so there was no privacy, if on the toilet or in the shower Trees on path up to lodge could do with trim back overgrown not as image shows on Web site. Pathway lights nice, but 2 not working Hot tub burner glass panel kept falling out of door, fire glove well worn holes in fingers unable to use so had to use shovel to open and close door Could do with small chest drawer for storage of clothes . Next lodge along let dog wander about on its own ,came to our lodge started barking and growling at me, urinated on path , wife was frightened by this not fault of lodge owners but holiday people need to be more respectfull of others and keep dogs on spike lead if letting outside, we use one for our jack russell.

Lodge was beautiful , hot tub , amazing, really peaceful , and private. Internally, so warm and welcoming, we loved the lighting very well laid out. Outside space on decking area spot on well done there. Easy access for routes to other places Well positioned would defo come again.

the bed is so comfy hot tub is amazing good shower good kitchen area staff friendly and welcoming dog friendly this was our 3rd stay and we already can’t wait to come back 😊

Stayed for two nights and couldn't be happier with the lodge and the facilities. Feels very secluded and very clear instructions for all amenities. Will definitely be back!
