Superbly located just yards from the beach, and with glorious sea views from the living room and main bedroom - having the terrace was a real treat to have morning tea on overlooking the stunning vista. Property kitted out with everything needed, and plenty of space for our 2 spaniels.

Confusing directions. There is a large sign advertising the property, which suggested it was the next property which had a balcony. It turned out to be further up the hill. It could do with clear signage at the property.

The radiator in the lounge wasn’t working and I tried different things following the instructions but no success. The mattress is a little hard for our liking.

The bathroom has mouldy grout in the tiles. Mould in the ceiling and it smells musty

The location is perfect so close to the beach and the amenities in Benlech. Views from the balcony were stunning. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony

Cleanliness inside generally good but it looked like dust on the floor had been swept into some corners and not removed properly. There were a few hairs left in one bedroom. Outside stairs could have been cleaner. Not very inviting with lots of moss balls on stairs and outside entrance. On the whole the apartment was fine though

Hi just a few notes with regards to our stay at Pass The Keys. The property was 5star, well appointed two bed apartment with everything you need for a comfortable break. However the booking of this property was the most stressful holiday booking I have ever had to do, resulting in me having to block and cancel my credit card due to being phished by someone who had all my details from either Pass the Keys or Booking.com. There were two slight problems that you probably need to take up with your cleaning crew. 1. There were a dirty pair of underpants and socks in the top of the wardrobe in the double room. 2. The fridge had been turned off without emptying the contents of the freezer box so that the ice lollies that had been left in the box had melted and dripped into the box and fridge. Could have been slightly cleaner. Bathroom sink tap is loose and wrongly plumbed.

One bedroom was freezing cold as the heater wouldnt come on. As we were there in winter this wasnt good. Lots of talk from Pass the keys but nothing happened. Their condition of taking out insurance for the weekend or hand over £500 was outrageous.

The apartment is not clean; it took us a few hours to do cleaning, especially the kitchen. It was overpriced generally by looking at facilities in this property.

The entrance staircase, front door area and balcony was covered in old black moss. It looked off putting and unkept. Not a good first impression. When the agent sent a text upon arrival asking us to rate the flat on cleanliness, I've never had this before- obviously there's an issue here. He called right away, saying how sorry he was and a cleaner would come back the following back to clean, they NEVER came. He never called back to check. The flat was clean but not fresh feeling. It felt sticky and a bit domestic like, not a beachfront commercial property. The cupboards had opened leftover coffee foil bags in it, the dish soap was half full, grubby and used, the same with the bathroom soap. 1 and a half toilet rolls left for 4 people for 3 nights, we had to buy some. The bathroom sink is broken as it rocks and the taps are plumbed in in reverse. Easy to burn yourself when first using it. The bathroom isn't finished to a high standard.. We were only given one key, which is inconvenient, and it's a flimsy door with a key turn lock with a post flap in the door, perfect for theft! Obviously, we removed the key from close to the door or in the lock overnight. We found dust bunnies behind the table when we pulled it out to eat. Yuck... the cleanliness didn't have a polished commercial cleaned feel. It needs addressing.. Sorry, we won't be returning.

We loved the location, close to shops, restaurants, and beach. Private parking a bonus. We loved the view from the balcony. The towels were fresh and clean, bedding on single beds looked very worn, the dishwasher is jammed in and scraps along the fridge door when opening it. The bedrooms were a great size and had good storage.

We loved it all - even the weather which was quite changeable when we were there.

The apartment is very close to the beach and the view from the windows and balcony across Benllech bay is lovely. We stayed as a family of four plus a dog and there was plenty of room for us all. The apartment had everything we needed and we appreciated the kitchen stocked with all the cooking equipment we might need, toiletries in the bathroom and the guest book with lots of ideas for where to eat and visit.
