Hidden cost of liability insurance after booking. Very uncomfortable in the hot weather.

Great location on a quiet farm about 20 minutes walk from Moreton-in-Marsh. Ample space and well equipped for a short stay as a couple.

A peaceful place from which to explore the beautiful Cotswolds villages.

We found it hard to get a hot shower. The temperature of the hot water from the tap was scalding.

The cottage was peaceful and the outlook across the fields was lovely. We saw a muntjac deer. We were able to enjoy several cycle rides from the cottage.

Hornets! There’s a nest in the roof of the adjacent building. We had to kill three in our place before we had to close all windows and doors. And couldn’t even sit outside on one of the warmest nights of the year. Also you need signs for Upper Fields Farm by the main road to make the turning easier to find.

Fabulous location, easy walk into town across fields (you should provide a map to show this).

On the details on booking.com .com it says it's not dog-friendly. It is. Very. It would have been nice to have brought our do for the break. There's loads of space for them to exercise and the walks from the front door are stunning.!

Beautiful location within a 15 min walk into the town and all its lovely shops. Amazing walks from the back door. Great base to explore.

WIFI, we specifically chose a place that had wifi as we just wanted a chilled out holiday due to my health. we stayed for 5days and after the first day we had no wifi whatsoever, I could understand it dipping in and out due to the location however no wifi for 4/5 days was unacceptable. I felt not listened to entirely and while it seemed like they were trying to sort it absolutely nothing happened and it took the owner a whole day to acknowledge the property manager, both me and my partner were incredibly disappointed especially considering the neighbouring property owned by the same people had functioning wifi

The place was clean and comfortable and a really pretty location easy access to the town within 15/20 mins walk through fields

Wifi was slow/ in and out which did effect my stay as I was there on a work basis, but it is very rural so cannot moan, and would be more than keen to go back on a non working basis to enjoy the cottage and the local area again.

Lovely setting, clean and warm, homely feel and a great location, a 2 minute driver for the town. All amenities were available and working.
