Nothing major to complain about. Everything as described. No building works while we stayed so didn't have any issues. Took a while to work out where to park, but that's my fault for not following precise instructions.

Clean, all amenities are there. Comfortable. Close proximity to beach, supermarket, chippy.

Didn’t have safe off road parking - it was a building site. Poor lighting and access to rear of property from car park - gate led directly to steps without sufficient lighting when we arrived in the dark. WiFi didn’t work. Shower in en suite wasn’t hot despite hot water being on and hot taps running hot throughout property. Decor etc looked tired and in need of freshen up.

Additional costs eg large cash deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. £25 for a high chair and £40 for a travel cot. Not very family friendly. Listing says they are available but doesn’t mention additional costs. Constant (twice daily) reminders to verify my identity over 3 months before my stay. Unnecessary and not needed for vast majority of stays booked via Booking. Management company 24/7 help desk not very helpful. Only copied and pasted ambiguous info from the guest handbook which I already had. Mostly clean but some pretty dusty areas with cobwebs. Very limited cooking supplies - no pans, no cafetière. Be prepared to microwave or oven cook your food. Building work not the nicest environment. Challenging walk from parking to house via steep steps. WiFi slow, gave up trying to stream to tv. WiFi doesn’t cover whole house. Lounge and one bedroom have no WiFi and limited phone signal. Some radiators didn’t work so reliant on electric heaters. We didn’t know how reliable/trustworthy they were so didn’t leave electric heaters on while out so came back to cold rooms.

We took my parents away for a few days who both have mobility issues but unfortunately it did not mention in the description of the property that there are several steps to the front and rear entrances of the property and steps into the garden We still enjoyed our stay but it was a struggle every time we went out for the day or just to sit in the garden.

It is a very spacious property and has a lovely garden to the rear. The beds were really comfortable. It has a central location and has plenty of eateries on the doorstep, a pub across the road and a Tesco Express and a co-op a few minutes walk away. The owner of the property was really kind and helpful.

Brilliant location. Didn’t need to use the car for our weekend stay as everything was in walking distance. Loved the outdoor space to sit in as the nights were warm.

No central heating or hot water due to a faulty and broken boiler no compassion from the owner in fact they told us to boil a kettle to wash and use electric heaters to heat a 3 bedroom cottage!!! Not as clean as pictures very tired and in need of a good clean, Parking is ridiculous literally inches from scraping the car each time to pass through a gate next to a building site to park next to building materials at the rear of the property. Better alternatives around the area personally I would avoid this property due to the attitude I received after mentioning the above even to be told “it was sunny during the day why do you need central heating in the evening” mind blowing customer relations
