We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomBeds were very comfy, ensuites in both bedrooms, close to local arcades, beach, pubs, legendary sandy bank bakery a stones throw, ty prince market and fair ground 2 minutes away, Rhyl and LLandudno 10-15 minutes down the road. The patio at the front Is ideal for young children trying to run down their energy and is safe. Knights Fairground just over the bridge. Small gated resort. Patio gets good sun capture towards the afternoon.

United KingdomThis did not affect us but access to the beach is not easy for anyone with mobility problems.
The lodge was brand new, good design and suited our needs very well. The host was very honest, friendly and helpful and easily accessible on the phone. Our neighbours were also very welcoming and helpful which enhanced our stay. The beach is close by and the views and sunsets are beautiful and expansive and the fresh air very welcome. The site is well maintained and all the amenities we needed were close by and reasonably priced. The surroundings are very peaceful in this season on weekdays which suited us well. The lodge is very reasonably priced and we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by 2 days with no problems.
