there was a man inside who were telling me what time i should come back and that i am not allowed to leave the house at night also in the morning he was nocking on my door telling me that i have to check out early as i checked in early other then that it was great

Shower broken, water freezing or boiling, room very small, very difficult to find that house, maps shows different place, house is in one of most dangerous city places..Dont walk alone at night.

The kitchen area and facilities are not clean enough for my standards unfortunately. The sink, microwave, flooring, countertops, cutlery drawers and dining area needs cleaning and I wasn’t very keen eating on the dining table. The dishwashing sponge was dirty as well.

Bed was comfy enough. The owner was nice as well.

Nobody present or system available to open the door when I arrived in 30 minutes. The mattress was really old (sink hole)

I had an a terrible experience at this property. I was not sent the address so was walking around a council estate in the dark alone and unable to get hold of the property. Eventually they gave me an address and when I arrived at the property I took the key from the lockbox I was assigned however there was arguing inside. I rang the doorbell and a man answered the door and he seemed surprised to see me. There was another woman in the kitchen. I was told to find my room upstairs. I went upstairs to the room I was told was mine from the text and to which I had the key for. I opened the door and the room was a complete mess and there were approximately 5 bottles of wine strewn around the room. I went back downstairs and asked what was going on. I was told I had the keys for the wrong room and was found some other keys. The other occupant staying at the property then knocked on my door and wearing a dressing gown. She told me that this was a very strange place, the strangest place she has ever stayed. She told me that the man downstairs was not nice. She then tried to hold my arm. I contacted the host via WhatsApp to say that I felt incredibly uncomfortable and did not feel safe. They told me to calm down. The woman in the other room then called the host and I could hear every word she was saying through the wall. I decided it was not safe for me to stay there and that I had to get out. I tried to leave but I could not get out of the front door and had to ask to be let out. The host has since become unresponsive to my message stating that this accommodation was completely unacceptable.

The location as it wasn't easy to find the house numbers weren't in sequence, which it made it difficult to find.

I had been traveling all day and did not like having to spend over an hour walking round in the dark trying to find the place and then phoning a taxi to find the place and not even the taxi driver could find the place.

No breakfast and the place was so hard to find when not driving. Spent an hour walking round and £15 on a taxi trying to find the place.
