Bathroom door difficult to open and close.

Quiet location, king size bed, chairs and table in secluded rear patio, bottle of wine on arrival, on site parking, Pwllheli within easy reach.

The stay was made enjoyable as we had good weather and could get out and about.

Front entrance very unattractive as well as the patio area which was so untidy and overgrown and not suitable to sit out even though the weather was nice. Although we knew no internet, feel this is essential this day and age. Difficult to find Cottage and the “Penlon” sign is faded and not visible til you are actually outside the property. Owner really needs to read reviews in the Guest Book! Owner did leave a bottle of Prosecco which was a nice touch.

Location was quite nice and not too far to travel to get to beach and shops. Cottage was well equipped for short stay.

Doors need attention - rub on the floor - difficult to shut especially if disabled. Storage heater in kitchen didn't work. Hot water tap in kitchen leaks when on. No TV in bedroom - background noise and how some people wind down. Shower head and holder both broken - cracked/chipped. Shower plug not attached - clips broken.

Lovely cosy cottage. Nice touch with bottle of wine. Quiet and very relaxing.
