The bed was so uncomfortable 😣. The pillows so flat and hard.. and the duvet was all creased and felt horrible..

Housekeeping. I stayed 3 nights. The bins weren’t emptied on the first day, there was a large clump of hair in the bath plug hole and my bed wasn’t made up on the second day because, according to the Housekeeping Manager “staff are told not to make up the bed if there is anything on it as there have been problems with laptops being moved”. I have never heard anything so ridiculous as on my bed was simply my nightwear. Added to that, the tea/coffee box wasn’t replenished on either day. Only small things but a shame as everything else was good.

My room was lovely and I appreciated a bath, not just a shower although the ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t working. All the staff were friendly and helpful particularly Vlad in the restaurant who was kind and helpful with my niece’s four small children. Very comfortable public areas to sit and meet with friends and a handy location.

Air on on far too cold in all conference rooms. Starbucks coffee was the only option - un purchasable for ethical reasons. Food options pricey. Lots of tap drinks off, and few low sugar and low carb options on alcoholic drinks. Staff behind bar unhelpful.

Most features, reception were friendly, room was clean, but pricey.

Would have preferred at least 1 herbal tea in room as not a tea or coffee drinker.

Nice staff. Clean room. I liked that the cleaner left a hand written note saying welcome. Good xar park and great location of junction perfect fkr travelling through.

Room temperature was impossible to control. The rules for the pool were too restrictive. No lift to our floor, had to drag big bags up stairs.

The grounds were nice, reception area well-appointed, enjoyed the nature walk across the street next to the golf course.

Road works along the road made arrival very difficult as the road was closed from both ends when I arrived in the evening. There was no warning or advice regarding this. I had to find a work man to let me through from the roundabout.

Excellent room. Access to a small pool with steam room and sauna. Plenty of parking

The room smelt a little of damp/bathroom smells. Not the hotels fault but roadworks ongoing currently outside the hotel which were quite loud into the evening

Staff were all so helpful and polite, the interconnecting room set up was great for travelling as a family and the children packs we were given was a lovely touch

As it was a family wedding function there was no where indoors available for any photos as it rained!

The facilities and rooms were lovely. The desk staff were really helpful.

The pool area, steam room, and changing rooms were very dirty. No life guide on duty round the pool area. The water fantom was very dirty. The floors between changing rooms and pool area were very wet and slippy under foot. No signs explaining the safety rules of use in and around the pool area. Ie, please shower before use of each of the various parts of the pool area's Please shower before going into the steam room. Please shower before going into the sauna. Please shower before going into the hottub or swimming pool. When I mentioned all this to the young man on the reception desk. He was not concerned about the problems and just blamed other people.

We like the overall quality of the hotel, the staff where very helpful and friendly atmosphere. The rooms were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The overall experience with the breakfast was excellent.

Unable to open windows more than a tiny bit on a VERY hot night. The drain in the bath/shower was full of hair and the drain in the hand basin needs clearing too.
