We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyRoom could benefit from a few QOL improvements and a litrle bit of detailing but no major complaints. Yes, you can hear the traffic but if you're not a noise-sensitive person or have to sleep with open windows its not a real issue that will bother you. ?Waterpump is when activated also a bit loud.
Room(s) were big and spacious. Everything we required was available and functioning. The breakfast was outstanding compared to many other places we've been to and it didnt taste like the average you get at similiar places. It tasted like the chef prepared it for herself. The two ?owners? were the kindest hosts we've met so far and were really making us feel welcomed (And we are not per se easily approachable)

The location was a suitable point for stop over on my cycle ride to Aberdeen. The room was of better proportions than than average, clean, tidy and in good order. Dinner was very good. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff very good

Good location for access to other areas in Fife, nice outdoor area with views across the fields, lovely restaurant meal and staff all great.
