Location was perfect. 20 mins from Llangollen if you wanted to go for a wonder. Views were incredible. Host was so nice, friendly and welcoming. House was lovely, has everything you need.

What a wonderful Welsh experience. Bethan and Huw are Welsh speakers and they've put easy Welsh words around the house so you can pick something up during your stay. The location is fantastic! We stayed here to enjoy the aquaduct and surroundings, but actually we never left the property. We enjoyed the garden with the decking, the zip line and swing ball and we walked around the farm and met the sheep and the squirrels and the hares. And if you get the chance to talk to Ivor, do it. He is a fascinating man.

The location and the views are stunning, hosts friendly, welcoming & had thought of everything we could need on our stay. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, well equipped, and has so many lovely little touches. There are games, books & plenty of information about the local area. The oil stove was lovely to sit with in the evenings, and the beds were comfortable and cosy - with views to die for from the bedroom windows. It truly felt like a home from home. We didn't get to enjoy the summer house and decking due to the weather, but we will be back. It's an ideal 'meet in the middle' point for myself and my mum & there are so many walks, places to visit, things to do & this is a comfortable, clean, well thought out base to be able to come back to and relax. Excellent value for money and we are so glad we found it

Nothing really, we had a lovely stay!

The property was easy to find after the detailed instructions sent to us by the hosts prior to our arrival. It is in a glorious location, on a quiet farm overlooking beautiful hills. The hosts were very prompt in their response to our contact and were extremely accommodating with our requests. On arrival there were lots of nice, unexpected touches like fresh milk, ground coffee and Welsh cakes which made us feel very welcome. The property itself is old and quirky but has been renovated sympathetically and the beds in particular deserve comment for being unbelievably comfortable. The children loved the zip line and rope swing and the walk through the farmland up to the top of the farm was a lovely way to round out our trip.

Wifi was intermittent, but that was out of the hosts control.

Hosts were welcoming and accommodating, the stay was excellent and a much needed break in a perfect setting, Thank you Beth and Huw.

Getting ripped of by Wrexham central city stays Severn made booking by mistake and very rude on the phone when spoke to them

Highly recommend had to stay there as to mistakenly booking wrong dates on booking.com at Wrexham central city stays which they robbed me of £208 no mercy would highly recommend this place as very understanding

Having to leave!

The house is incredible. It's a beautiful old building with lots of charm, and the surroundings are breathtaking. The house has all the comforts and features that you could ever need, and it was lovely and warm on a cold November weekend. The setting is so peaceful, and the kids were blown away by the dark night sky and the perfect view of the stars!

Absolutely no complaints.

The hosts were so helpful and welcoming. The property was so comfortable and cosy and there was so much to see and do on site that our 6 year old grandson wanted to spend all his time there!

Everything was so cozy, clean and very nice decorated. I appreciated the large collection of books in the living room, the fairytale view from the kitchen window, comfortable beds and the hidden play space good even for older “children”.🤭

Nothing - it was all magnificent!

The property is located in a beautiful part of north Wales, and the mountain views did not disappoint in the slightest! The property is very well equipped to ensure a very comfortable stay, the rooms were tastefully decorated with thoughtful additions like USB ports on some power points, and the surrounding woods were teeming with birdlife and quiet beauty.
