Loved our stay at the Annex, it was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed having the private garden area to play some evening games and sit out with a drink. The hosts were kind and responsive to any messages - would really recommend! Lots of great pubs and activities to enjoy locally.

The property was perfect for our visit to see family who live locally - very warm and cosy. The bed was very comfy. All extremely clean and plenty of fresh towels and bedding. We had everything we needed. The host left us cereals, milk, fruit, chocolate, tea, coffee,, bottled water, etc. The area is very peaceful and our whole weekend experience was great! Thank you very much 😊

My son and I stayed here as the location was perfect for a running event we were doing. Easy access to come and go. There is fresh milk ,tea, coffee, cereal, etc on arrival, which is a really nice touch. Communication with precise and clear instructions on getting into the property and parking. The beds are nice and comfortable, and the place is spotlessly clean 10/10. Overall, a great weekend.

We were warned in advance that the only sink is downstairs (studio upstairs), I can see would be awkward for a long stay if you were cooking a lot. Not a problem for us.

Convenient little studio with separation from the main house for privacy. Nice and warm for our stay in November. Great location for hiking.

Modern super clean studio apartment. Very comfortable bed and huge shower with plenty of hot water. Everything provided including shampoo conditioner and shower gel. A good selection of breakfast cereals with milk provided. Teas coffees and hairdryer too. Can’t praise this enough.

Mattress was a bit hard for me but that is a personal preference so cannot really complain.

Location was great, easy to find from the directions. On the main A40 but there is little traffic noise and I slept with the window open.

Great location for walks and visiting sites nearby. Very clean, well organised and thought out space with thoughtful little extras. I was worried there wouldn't be enough head space but that wasn't the case at all. 7! Simon was very hospitable, accommodating and helpful. It felt very homely and we were very impressed in general. Would definitely stay here again :)
