It is pretty compact and once you open your suitcases, rather cramped. Also we were in a downstairs flat and heard the people in the flat above us walking around.

The flat had everything we needed and the full laundry and included streaming services were a real bonus. However the best thing was our hosts. Ros and Olly were so welcoming and helpful and accommodating. They are perfect hosts and really go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable.

Only one thing that may have helped, it would have been good to have access to a mirror near a power point (or just a portable one), for use while drying hair. Everything else was great!

Host Ros was very welcoming, and communicated very well prior to our stay. The location was just a short drive from the town centre. I slept on the sofa bed, which was very comfortable. Facilities were great although we personally didn't use most of them as we were out most of the time during our stay

Getting our big cases up the stairs to the top flat was a good workout, but welcome after our journey!!

Close to train station. Hosts were awesome in accommodating our early arrival after a very long journey. Great laundry.

Some building work is going on at present so pathway around side of house a bit difficult to navigate at night but this is to be rectified shortly. 🙂

Very comfortable, very clean. Everything you could need from off road parking, well equipped kitchen (even milk in the fridge), and a number of TV subscriptions to use. Also close to the shops and station.

I couldn't find a socket to plug the lamp in between the twin beds, this probably wouldn't be problem if the bed is made up as a (super king) double. Didn't use the other twin so put an extension cable across the opposite bed. I may just not have found where the socket was. (Or perhaps the extension cable normally goes under the bed?) Anyway, not a massive problem.

It's a great place to stay for easy access to Guildford / the University of Surrey and a very short drive to Godalming (which is a lovely little town). It feels very well cared for, everything is clean and tidy and kitchen well equipped. It was perfect for what we wanted. There is a parking space too which is handy.

Welcomed by our hosts who also gave some good tourist suggestions for us. Very available if needed, assisted us in printing off an email we had to sign & email back to Oz. Good size neat unit, kitchen well equipped for self catering, extras of olive oil, condiments, recycling encouraged, great to have easy access to washing machine & clothes line. Good shower. Only a few minutes walk to express train to Waterloo. Good to have off street car parking.

The three steps up to the property were a little steep!!

Well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment with lovely views (loft flat). Host helpful and on hand if needed. Parking safe and available. Convenient location for RHS Wisley, Winkworth Arboretum and Loseley House and Gardens.

I liked everything. Can't think of anything I wish that was different.

The facilities were great and obviously a lot of thought went into the place. I highly recommend Pound Corner to anyone looking for accommodation in this area. I stayed in flat 3, which was very spacious and modern. It was well designed and made the most of the available space. I had a quick look at the other flats, and they too were very nice. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that everything was good.

It was dog friendly, it was clean, spacious and had everything you would need. We had come down, having moved away from the town for a family party, so very convenient area for us. There is parking on site, an enclosed garden for the dogs, just everything that’s needed. The owners were great, kind, polite and nothing would have been too much trouble for them.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the sky didn't connect initially but after the first day it was brilliant

Lovely place and lots of little areas to go for a walk in the evening. The hosts were absolutely lovely and the golden companion was so sweet! Had everything you could need to hand and the train station was an enjoyable walk away. Comfortable and secure with an easy entry thanks to the hosts instructions beforehand.

We booked 2 apartments at Pound Corner and they were very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Our host Ros was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed walking to Godalming, popping into the Cricketers for a pint or 2, or having a yummy curry down the road, making the location of this property perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again.
