    Not good customer service, have to call 3 times to get a negative answer.

    Days 3 and 4 of our 4-day-stay, we did not have any warm water. The door to the balcony cannot be opened, which I understand due to safety reasons as the balcony is shared with other rooms and there‘s an unlocked door from the corridor to the balcony, but it‘s unacceptable to not be able to let in any fresh air (there are no windows). It‘s been over 30 degrees the whole weekend and the air conditioning did not work either. Fridge also not working. No hairdryer as advertised. No nightstands or closets/place to hang clothes (not even jackets), so not ideal for a longer stay. No place to hang towels in the bathroom. The room was clean enough, the corridor outside has obviously not been cleaned in a while with cigarette stumps and plastic lying around. Walls are very thin and you hear a lot from the other rooms. No shutters, only curtains, so in summer it‘s already bright early in the morning. Poor equipment: only one set of towels per guest, one roll of toilet paper, no broom etc. to clean the floor, only one dustbin bag. Attention: I did get A LOT of scam messages through the (seemingly secure) messaging system of booking.com - links to websites that at first glance seem legit but then ask for payment information. Do not click on those links! I did report them to the property but the messages did not stop.

    Close to the underground station, shops and restaurants (mostly fast food). It‘s not the safest area, but we felt comfortable enough with the security measures in place. Check-in was easy with the key left in a lockbox outside and clear directions to find the room.

    Lack of organisation, I was left stranded at 10pm at night as there was no key left out in the lockbox. This was not resolved until 2:30pm the next day, again leaving me stranded with all my belongings after needing to check out of the alternative hotel. Was informed this night would be refunded and this has not. Very thin walls at the property, can hear everything going on in the hallway and in the adjacent rooms

    The property was conveniently located right across from south harrow station and the bus station so that was great for getting around. There was also lots of shops and places to get fast food on the high street, so just seconds away. Unfortunately we didn’t have an iron, kettle or toaster as described. There were only 2 small bath towels provided. No cleaning products, no broom etc so it was hard to keep clean and maintained. The building is very awkward and dark and creepy. We didn’t feel safe but luckily we were fine. The outside of the building is not maintained and there was trash everywhere, including a used condom and tampon outside our exterior door , and it was there for the whole 2 weeks. Nothing is cleaned or maintained.

    The room was dusty, the floor was awful. Try to put more interest in cleaning properly.

    Good location on Broadway, all shops around. Nice flat, the cleaning bad.

    -No soundproof between rooms. -No View, no windows that opened (perhaps this was because the room was located in front of the rubbish dump)! -No heating or hot water for 16 hours on Sunday 2nd February (6am to 8.45pm) -No instructions as to how to get to place waste into rubbish outside! -Roaches in shower cubicle -Dirty towels found folded on the bed -Human hairs found on bed and under sheets -Children running up down corridor in out of pram room opposite the room -No iron and ironing board as advertised - No wardrobe or closet space to hang clothes, as advertised -No hair dryer, as advertised

    Upon arrival, our key was in the wrong lock box. When we entered the room it was never cleaned. Dirty bed sheets, rubbish bags on the floor, wet used towels in the shower, no toilet roll, windows never opened. We resorted to buying our own towels and toilet roll as a cleaning team never came to resort this issue despite many calls and messages. We had to remove the dirty bed sheets and sleep with no covers or sheets. The provider provided no assistance. Room was overall untidy and unsatisfactory with major health and safety violations.

    Bed was comfortable and near the tube station.

    We had no way to enter the property as the key fob was not functioning. Staff/customer service did nothing to rectify this matter and as a result we were trapped in the accommodation like prisoners. The room itself did not have an openable window so there was no fresh air flow and the fan provided was very bad so did not cool the room down efficiently. The customer service team repeatedly ignored I constantly messages about the faulty key fob and are still ignoring our issue with this it has been a week of complaining to still no resolution. Aswell as the hosts them selves not replying booking.com have also not responded to our complaint we submitted with them. This whole situation is completely unacceptable and displays terrible customer service

    The accommodation its self was acceptable however the key fob for the property did not work so was unable to leave as was unable to reenter. The staff did nothing about this matter absolutely appalling .

    Unfriendly team. There was no kettle in the room, inspite of requesting it about 9 times by chat, 7 times by call, none of the team members chose to respond. There was no toaster. There was no hoover to clean the room. Yes, the room was clean when I found it, however, there was a lack of hooks to hang my clothes on.

    Easy to collect keys? The code they gave me was wrong and travelling with my elderly grandfather, we had to wait for 3 hours before we could collect keys.

    I usually don’t give reviews but here I am. I read the negative comments on here but I’m one to give chances, not judge and experience things myself. Well, here I am. Firstly, I’m concerned about uploading ID with mandatory facial verification before checkin, which isn’t mentioned here until you are committed. Went through their data protection and wasn’t satisfied as there were no GDPR regulations assurance. Anyway, it was a Self checkin and no one available to sort immediate issues on ground. I arrived 30 minutes before my checkin, there was no key in the box. All calls to resolve this failed. I was standing outside stranded and frustrated. At some point, my called weren’t being answered anymore until I called with a different number. I felt really bad. The team on ground weren’t responsive until it was 6:38pm. With no hopes I had to leave to find another alternative. No hotels were available in the area as it was weekend. I ended up in central London hotel at 10:25pm for the night. However, I didn’t get to experience any stay with you, but I strongly believe you can put a better system in place to improve seamless customer experience.

    The property is central with access to bus and train stations. You also have paid parking option not far away plus lots of restaurants and a nice bar opposite

    I was there during summer, July 14, to 19 July 2025. During that time it was very hot. The room allocated to us on the ground floor did not have any open windows to keep the room temp cool. I tried calling and sending a message a few times. Until they responded, the response was very slow. We could not sleep the first night as a result of their poor and slow responses. They then change our room to the basement, which is not accessible by lift. This again. The room at the basement had a patio door which can be open to ventilation, which is good. But outside the room, the corridor and the patio was not cleaned and maintained. During our 5 days stay we were given only 1 toilet roll, when we ask for.more they say No 👎 . No fan was provided for the summer.

    The location is excellent. Near the tube and shops.

    No windows or aircon the place was very dirty when we arrived, sheets were not changed and dirty towels left over from the previous people and was left about 40 minutes before we could get into the apartment due to wrong code to get our keys. No staff around to help out with anything we would not come back

    Need decent bed and furniture. I have seen a lot better. Its a rip off

    What breakfast ? The place was not suitable for 20 days vacation. 2 nights the most. Please stop miss leading people about this place. The service and facilities does not exist. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

    The lockbox did not work and I didn’t receive any check in instructions, and when we had to ring and ask, the code that they forgot to send did not work, so we were stuck outside for ages until someone gave us a master key (not anyone who put up this listing). If we didn’t have the help of the kind stranger we would have had to book somewhere else last minute and missed the concert we had booked. Ultimately disappointed :(

    Booking.com add an £83 cleaning fee on booking which for 2 nights is just stupid! Considering in a studio you clear up after yourself........ not sure if that's Dandi or booking.com but added 25% to the fee which is outrageous

    I booked for a week but had to leave after 4 days due to the fact that the unit was completely blocked toilet and shower water not going down sink blocked water leaking from toilet and running out unit door smell was very bad contacted them the same evening and nothing was done had to leave three days early and find other accommodation
