Pleasant & Peaceful location, snug & comfortable room and facilities, the best host's, private parking & nice walkway to the sea front & places to eat, perfect stop over for our long road to France. PS many thanks for the Jammie Dodgers.

Bathroom was compact, but did have a nice shower.

Comfortable room. Nice to have chilled water and milk in the fridge. A very friendly welcome from Jonathan. Great to have parking. A perfect base for exploring Deal and very good value.

We stayed here for a night after attending a concert. Jonathan and Emily went out of their way to make sure we had everything that we needed. The room is very comfortable and great to be able to park in front of the house.

Nothing at all

Comfy, very clean and cosy room. Every detail had been thought of from milk and water in the fridge to a treat of Jammy Dodgers! Breakfast was delicious and the perfect start to our day. The finishing touch was being able to charge up our electric car overnight on site.

Couldn't find milk for tea but didn't mind having black coffee instead. About a mile from center of town but that's not a big deal. I didn't really check so that's my problem but easy parking more than compensated. Very minor issues but not a problem really. Overall a very good stay.

Not much really — just that there isn’t a lot nearby in terms of shops, and Deal itself was fairly quiet. Most cafés opened quite late for breakfast, and you do need to drive a few miles to reach a main supermarket.

Emily met us on arrival and showed us the room and the facilities. The room had its own private entrance, was spotless, well appointed, quiet and comfortable. All the information we could need for our stay was laid out, the coffee/tea making facilities extensive and the shower was great. In short, it was everything we wanted for a short stay visiting family, and we would definitely stay again when we come down in the future. We also met Jonathan briefly, and both he and Emily were very friendly and helpful.

I prefer a shower fitted over a bath rather than shower cabinet but available space would preclude this.

Room only stay but equipped with fridge and microwave. Comfortable room . Very friendly hosts - very obliging in letting us leave the car at the premises on the checkout day. Pleasant and healthy walk into Deal centre. Would recommend.

Excellent price for a spotless room, with everything you needed for a couple of nights. We parked up and walked everywhere we wanted to go to explore the area, it was the perfect location for us.

A fantastic overnight stay in Deal. It’s a short walk to the station or the town centre, and the room has everything you need for a super comfortable stay. Jonathan was so welcoming, the room is very clean and so well thought out. We look forward to coming back to Deal!

Hi, this property was clean and comfy. Perfect for an overnight stay. The only thing I'd say is the shower was a bit of a squeeze for room for my foot frame.
