The bathroom floor was a bit cold at times, so I suggest you bring a pair of slippers with you.

The accommodation had everything I needed and I didn't have to eat out. There was a fridge as well as a microwave. The bed was comfortable and the neighbourhood quiet. Had a good night's sleep and the host responded quickly to my messages. I parked my car at The Hawthorns park and ride in order to take the tram to Birmingham city centre.

Nicely decorated, all you need for short stay was available, bed n linen was clean and fresh towels. Dirty dishes box was provided.

Bath didn't get quite as warm as I would've liked it. The room was cold upon arrival; maybe in the future, the host could switch the heating on a bit before the check-in time. That said, the radiator in the room is new and relatively efficient, so it only took about 15 minutes for it to get warm.

Very clean and well equipped room, comfortable bed, nice shower. Easy check-in, didn't even need to speak to anyone.

Perfect self contained flat which was ideal for an overnight stay when attending a party nearby. Easy check in with key box. Very clean and very comfortable bed. Coffee and tea provided. A very well laid out place. .

I loved that this property was entirely self-contained with its own private front door with a key safe, and it was remarkable how much is provided in the one room without it feeling at all crowded. There's a desk/table, microwave, toaster, kettle, teabags, coffee-pod machine, fridge, cupboard of crockery and cutlery, clothes rail, iron and ironing board, chest of drawers, big TV, chairs, big comfy bed, remote control lighting - and the en-suite has a full size bath with a good shower over. Was easy enough to park outside in the street too. Everywhere spotless and everything thought of for comfort.

The area in the evening- some of the local people around when we went out. Be nice t have blinds or voile so can open the windows or have curtains open with privacy still. Driveway listed but may not be usable (there is street parking around however, just doesn't feel as safe) (Nb the windows need glazing bead still, was no issues but to be aware of for better security and prevention of mishaps).

Being near the park. Shops & carvery reasonably close by. A road you can turn around in (towing). Own front door with keybox. The room itself was very thought through with several extra things in for added practicality, (eg hangers, coffee machine with supplies, handsoaps etc) and tasteful and new looking. Bed comfortable. No issues around arrival & departure times.

Nice and comfortable, clean stay with all the thoughtful finishing touches. It was a very good use of the space and didn’t feel cramped with the amount of facilities. Great TV and wifi as well!

The room was excellent, it looked brand new, it was very clean and very silent, very nice decorated, with private entrance. The owners were very kind and helpful, there is the possibility to check in using a lockbox which was the case in my situation, I arrived very late to the location due to circumstances. The overall price for the value is very good.

I had an amazing stay there. The host is very friendly and accomodating. It located a little bit far from the city center (20 minutes by Uber) but the place is very nice and worth the travel time.

Minus points, pillows were very plump and hard and difficult to use ( think boxing punch bags) we went and bought our own…. A bedside reading lamp would be very useful, even though the central light is dimmable and mode-changeable…. A blind or some kind of screen in the main window would be better for privacy….

Plus points: location fabulous for what was required. Immaculate room and en-suite, very well appointed with all needs attended to ( microwave, fridge, coffee maker with plenty of pods, kettle, hair dryer etc etc) Excellent heating . Plenty of hot water. Free wi-fi and a very friendly hostess….
