It would be more help if there was the photograph of entrance because I arrived after went dark, and the entrance was difficult to find from the road.

The room is not big, however this is just a night before my flight so it served the purpose. The flat was extremely clean and immaculate state. This is standard and the price is very difficult to find in the UK.

A great place to stay between the flights or if you arrive late. We took a cab from Luton airport, a bit pricey but if you want, you can walk and reach the property in 40min. It is small but has everything you need, self checkin is very convenient.

It was very clean. Access to the room was easy with the provided instructions. In the room we found also a EU-UK power socket adapter

There is an electric plug diffuser which gives a nice scent to the room but it was just too much for sleeping, if the room stays closed for a few hours/days without being ventilated.

Very convenient location with easy access from Luton airport. The check in instructions were very clear. The room was very clean and there were coffee and tea facilities available (I would recommend offering milk sachets or creamer as well though).

I could hear the talking and noises from the people who arrived. Also, when they were in the room, I could hear noises from moving stuff and walking. I'm not sure if that is normal or if it is because the people who stayed at the same time were louder.

You got everything need it. Small kitchen, nice and comfy bed and a private bathroom. All very clean. The location to the airport was excellent by car. While by train is less well connected (around 40min)

Parking wasn’t great struggled to park not signed very well to see where the property was. Especially with a baby parking was a problem.

Lovely room spacious great that you have your own microwave and fridge in the room definitely helped with having the baby with us. Would definitely book again. Was great only being a 4 minute drive to the airport

It served its purpose, close to the airport for a one-night stay, with parking. The only downside is that it's next to the stairwell entrance, so we could hear people coming and going all night, as well as the loud footsteps of the upstairs neighbor even at 4 AM.

Wonderfully clean and new, the property smells great and feels really fresh, which was so welcome after a late flight into Luton. It’s really close to the airport, there’s good dual security entrance, excellent communication from the hosts even though I booked very last minute, it is super cosy with a comfy bed, a useful kitchenette and brand new en suite bathroom. The room is nice and warm and the shower is new and very good. I would definitely stay here again.

I have booked this property specifically because of the parking. On booking,com website,.you can filter out those property with parking. The listing states there is free parking. There are 5 rooms to be rented out but there are only 2 parking spaces available for guests behind the building. If you arrive late (like me) you won't be able to park your car. I had to walk 15 minutes back - with a 20 kg cheked luggage and 2x10kg cabin bags - from the nearest parking space as the area is riddled with no parking signs, reserved parling signs and double yellow line. All doors are working with key codes. I was silly enough to leave my phone behind (with all the codes) when I left my room. On my return I have realized my mistake. Looking for emergency contact numbers on, or next to the door was unsuccessful. They might be there, though, but it was dark when I got there. I was lucky enough that a gentleman from one of the rooms came to my help when he saw my name on my working shirt that I am a medical doctor and trusted me enough to help me. He rang the number that was showing on his booking.com reservation, but there was no answer. I was stuck ..... 🤔 .....and seriously considering to break the door in and rather pay for the damage than miss my flight and reschedule my whole trip..... And then, miracle has happened: With the generous help from the man suggested above, finally, I managed to login into my booking.com account on anotuher device and retrieved the codes. I think this place will be an excellent option for those passengers flying from Luton as soon as the parking will be sorted and emergency contact details will be posted in the window, next to the main entrance door and the phone will be answered buy those people responsible for running the place.

The room was clean and comfortable, new shower and toilet facilities, very close to the airport.
