Staff is unapproachable. They did not respond messages. Some of the kitchen stuff were uncleaned.

Goom was good with TV. And kitchen stuff was there to cook that was nice.

Noisy, seemed to be one bathroom for 6 rooms, not very personal, you pick up a key from outside and then find your room. TV didn't work very well, if you wanted Netflix or ITV you had to sign in to your own account and there was a distinct lack of plug sockets. Didn't feel overly clean. Wouldn't come back here.

The room I booked came with a shared bathroom which was not clearly indicated in the description. I was not aware of that when booking. The room was non-smoking but it had a very strong smell of cigarettes which was very uncomfortable for me. That was my main concern during my stay.There were no spoons in the kitchen. Everything else what you would expect in the kitchen was there. The linen bed sheet in the bedroom felt old, not smooth. The rest of bed linen was fine. The mattress was too soft but it was ok for one night.

It was the best value for money. Located on an interesting Gloucester street. Good bus connection to Bristol centre. However, it's about an hour walk to the centre. The facilities were clean.

We got fine for parking, but it was parked next to the door. The owner keeping silence for almost a week for our request for invoice.

We haven’t been informed that actually it wasn’t a hotel, but a big house with six rooms inside and in a separate rooms wee living people. We thought it’s a separate facility without interaction with other guests.

My window frame was broken with a huge Sticker sign all over it.--Do Not open. --- So a night with no fresh air in comfy yet small room. The rooms upstairs are basically on top of each other with the communal toilet-shower 3 m away from the furthest door. My night was disturbed by decent neighbor at no 5 going back n forth to the loo,shower on a loop that lasted for 2 hours, 10 pm -11,literally 10 x in 120 minutes,irksome,the opening closing of doors,unlocking walking to toilet in repeat was infuriating. I did not complain to him,it's not his fault that we are living in a Warren.

Lively yet quiet location,friendly co tenants,very flexible kitchen and shower,good internet,available jost,great key lock system.

Some damage on the TV with TV remote batteries missing. The window was also damaged and could not open or close fully.

OK location and easy to check in. Had a good night's sleep.

We only go two towels one small and one large. There was no hairdryer and I was told it was one.

The location was good. You could go to the center by walk or grap a bas direct into the center The kitchen was alright but depending on other people was more or less clean

The room was kinda smelly. But the worst part was bed full of hair, sheets was dirty, definitely not clean. The towels was there, but we not use them. Bathroom was quite cleen.

Locality is very nice and cool, near are lot of different shops an pubs.

There was no key to the front door, so the front door stayed open all day and all night long. This didn't feel safe at all. Anyone could just wander in unnoticed. I notified the owner of this, but didn't get a reply. The room is adjacent to the bathroom and the walls are thin, so earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. I woke up several times when other people went to use the facilities.

The room was fine - not large, but enough for one or a few nights for 2 people. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was shared but clean. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked fine as well. It is located outside of the city centre, but there is a bus stop around the corner. Buses to that stop run until 8pm (line 74). There should be other buses that run later, but not sure where that bus stop is situated.

The front door had been left open and unlocked when we arrived which left us feeling a little nervous about leaving belongings in the room while we were out.

The acoustic isolation in our room was very poor, making it impossible to ignore sounds from the adjacent bathroom. Additionally, the linen did not appear clean, as we noticed numerous hairs scattered throughout.

No soap in bathrooms Only one towel so easy to forget to bring it to bathroom as a hand towel (if you offered 1 hand towel to each room this would be ideal) Room really hot and this was about a 22 degrees C day - room was so hot because bed post covers nearly entire window Mismatched info - email info had the wrong key code so if people hadn't been in, I wouldn't have been able to check-in unless I could get in contact with the host Mismatched info - email info also said 11am checkout but info on paper in room said 10am
