Climbing two sets of stairs to enter the property may not suit everyone, but the sea views are worth it. A washing machine might be a useful addition but there are launderette facilities locally.

Great location on the Promenade with stunning sea views. Comfy beds and adequate wardrobe space. Superb kitchen and dining area. Good wifi. Comfy living room space with massive TV. Very good value compared to other properties on the Prom.

Great location on the Promenade with wonderful views to the sea. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Lots of coffee shops around. You could park outside the apartment but during the summer months parking is restricted for 2 hours between 9 and 5 but we had no problem parking on the streets nearby.

We have just returned from a short stay and the apartment was amazing! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The views were absolutely stunning from each window in the apartment, and the location was perfect for walks,coffee and taking in the scenery. We had a great time and cannot wait to return!

There is now a 2 hour limit on street parking but there a couple of small car parks (free) nearby and a larger pay and display abiut 10 minutes walk away

Great location with fantastic sea views. Clean throughout, spacious and well equipped including an outstanding shower. Close to the Anchor Bar for a beer and had two great meals in the nearby Villa Portstewart and the hotel Me & Mrs Jones along with cocktails. All within a few minutes walk of the apartment.

Our stay at The Promenade in Portstewart was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning sea views that could be enjoyed from almost every room, even the bed! The apartment itself was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully designed with thoughtful attention to detail. The interior was modern yet cozy, with lovely, comfortable beds that made for a perfect night’s sleep. Waking up to the view of the ocean from bed was a real highlight. The kitchen was fully kitted out with everything we needed, including a fridge and all the essentials, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better, right on the promenade with easy access to everything Portstewart has to offer. The apartment was spotlessly clean, wonderfully warm, and incredibly inviting. We were so impressed with how well-planned and well-maintained everything was. It made our two-night stay unforgettable. We can’t recommend The Promenade highly enough and are already looking forward to returning!

The 30 stairs to access the apartment may be an issue for some but for us it was not a problem.
