Very little, except for the dorm being crowded with too much luggage.

For the money, really good. Dorm was a bit crowded, but good strong hot shower, and well ventilated so staying cool during the night wasn't a problem. Also Rhys is a total dude.

Room over 20 people had no open window and the door was 3-4 meyers from a giant dustbin. No place to keep safe your money and valuables..

Price was quite important, and it was ok. Very quiet at nights, close to North end Rd market.

The bar cam get noisy in the evening but that's only natural as it is a bar.

Lots of people in a very small space and only one bathroom to share, but that's what you pay for.....

Very cheap diggs at short notice, okay for an overnight stay.

I wish perhaps maybe the bed was a bit bigger or that I booked a double but not really necessarily a criticism of the property.

Very friendly and helpful staff, who were sooo wonderful to hang out with and also LOVE your kitchen hang out area/bar and breakfast idea. I think Victor, Sam and Rhys are awesome.

No circulation/ ventilation in the room and there was a bit of a smell The showers unfortunately weren't clean when I used them at around 9am, there were two dirty towels, one dripping wet on the floor and one hung up with marks on...although this is probably more due to the other guests As another reviewer mentioned the pub is frequented by older men, which is worth bearing in mind if you're a solo female. I wanted to go for a run in the evening but didn't quite feel comfortable walking past them in my running stuff!

The staff were beyond lovely and happy to help, so massive plus for that. My room was quiet despite it being a Friday night ad the hostel is tucked away from any main roads They provide a cheap and cheerful breakfast option but there is also quite a few options nearby and it is in a good location near to shops/ cafes/ bars

The location is in the heart of London, with local shops nearby. The pub and hostel have fantastic staff who are always smiling. I stayed for 7 days and found the washrooms and toilets to be clean. As a fan of Queen Elizabeth, may she rest in peace, I appreciate our lovely royals. I believe that with extra effort and help from the local team, the hostel could do more renovations and implement additional checks. And shoutout to Chelsea fans!

Very hot inside during the day -- no air circulation/AC. You don't want to be stuck in a room with someone that smells. Can only go in during the night when it cools down. With windows open, it's fine for sleeping. downstairs pub has a lot more older men throughout the day/night -- not threatening but something to note especially for female solo travelers.

Had enough space for a short stay. Good value for money. Friendly staff and enough bathrooms/showers imo.

The room was quite cramped for 8 people, and I struggled with getting access to my locker because it was always blocked by someone's suitcase.

The location is great, I love Chelsea. It's definitely a good value for money.

All Staff very helpful and accommodation meets expectation. I frequently use and will continue to when my work needs. Would recommend !!!!! Salute to the two gents at reception on Sunday 29th June who cheerfully checked me in despite being late.

I stayed at the Queen Elizabeth Hostel and had a great experience. The place is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful — a special thanks to Amanda, whose kindness and cheerful smile made my stay even more enjoyable.

Not many bathrooms, the carpet of the stairs is very dirty, the common room is a pub so it is very noisy

Second day, staff told me to my face that if I continued to use hotel equipment ie the 🚮 for laundry, I would not be allowed back to their property. Not sure under whose directives he was speaking so did not answer. Either way, did not particularly like the comment. Had to leave for France that morning so dis not raise the issue with reception.

Outstanding cleanliness. Remarkable welcome and checkin process. Walked to and shown around the room. Shown how to operate the room code.
