What an amazing cute little place, so clean, modern, classy, well appointed and in a superb location. Pauline is an unbelievable host and left us with all sorts of small thoughtful welcoming nice touches. This is the only 10/10 I’ve ever given on booking or Airbnb. Well deserved!!

The bathroom and toilet was a bit cramped but the property is built as such, nothing much the host can do.

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment decorated with charm. Pauline was absolutely wonderful. She was very reactive and kind with us all the time. We will book again with pleasure next time we are in London if the flat is available.

Great location, thoughtfully furnished, with a very attentive host.

Everything. It was a wonderful little haven. Very close to the tube station and a short walk to West Kensington tube and High Street as well. The apartment is so well appointed. In fact, the pictures do not do it justice imo. It’s a delight. Air conditioning and ceiling fans were also welcome for the hottest weekend in London. Pauline had thought of everything.

We loved everything about this property. It is close to the tube station, there are lovely cafes and a great pub nearby and Pauline was on hand to check everything was ok for us. The flat itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was comfy, quiet, well kitted out for self catering and the fans and AC were all welcome given the high temps when we visited. The balcony overlooking Queens was such a bonus for a tennis fan like me! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend its

Pauline is a great host and was very helpful, ensuring we had all information we may need. The apartment is lovely and a lot of thought has been put into it to ensure there is everything you might need. The location is ideal, especially as we came to watch the tennis at queens, although connection to other areas of London is also very convenient via the tube which is a short walk away. We also really liked the view out of the balcony onto the queens club grounds.

Excellent position for our visit to the tennis at Queens. Only a few minutes from Barons Court tube station. Very well equipped and really comfortable. Would definitely go back.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with all the facilities we needed. Pauline greeted us at checkin and was very kind to let us check in earlier than the original time. The apartment was in a quiet and safe street, just 5 minutes walk from Baron’s Court station which is well connected with the district and picadilly lines.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pauline’s apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Everything was immaculate and stylish but also super welcoming and homely. Pauline greeted us at the apartment and showed us round, which we really appreciated. There was milk in the fridge (and wine!) along with welcome goodies and basics for hot drinks. The main bed was huge and super comfortable. Our 9yo son slept on the sofa bed and it must have been comfy as we had to wake him up all three mornings, when he’s normally up at the crack of dawn! Access to central London was super easy, with the tube at the end of the road. The local area was also fab, we had Sunday dinner at the end of the road, in Curtains up, ordered breakfast from Popin, also on the same road and also picked up bits on the high street. Thanks for having us.

I spent 5 nights there with my family and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to the city center, with lovely views of the Queen’s tennis courts. The host, Pauline, was very kind and friendly and always available and delightful to talk to. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is a real gem in a quiet and pleasant area. The landlady is very kind and caring. The balcony is delightful, and having breakfast there was a real treat. The kitchen is well-equipped, and everything is tidy and clean. I can’t think of anything I would change or improve. The location is perfect, right between two underground stations. I would definitely come back.

It was wonderful, we took the very nice staying here! The balcony is good for relaxing, the kitchen is so good with enough amenities like oven microwave pan stovetop etc. it’s good for someone who wants to cook here. The host also prepared wine snacks and water in advance, it’s so nice. Also there are groceries and the best butcher shop in London near around. It’s wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in London! The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and felt very cozy and welcoming. It's located in a charming and peaceful neighborhood, and the location is truly strategic - it made getting around and exploring London incredibly easy. One of the highlights was the living room, which overlooks the beautiful Queens tennis courts - such a relaxing and unique view! Pauline was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Pauline was a wonderful host and met me at the property to show me around and point out a few local restaurants and watering holes, which I can now also vouch for. Great location and a really lovely, quiet and comfortable spot with all mod-cons. I’d love to stay again sometime!
