No towels was the only problem otherwise it was very good

A fantastic stay in the heart of the city! The serviced apartment was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and public transport. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

Friendly host, absolutely fantastic location, close to everything. Excellent facilities too, kitchen with all the utensils you could need, TV, shower, constant hot water, free wi fi.

Convenient location central Manchester Northern Quarter, clean, comfortable good size. I'd highly recommend.

At one point one of the lifts were not working but there was another one and it got fixed rather quickly so we didn't have to use the stairs (third floor apartment). High security deposit but it was returned very soon after departure.

Location was excellent.

Relax on the cleaning chemicals, place gave us all headaches due to the chemical used when mopping.

I’ve booked with this company before for employees however, it was my first time staying here. I can see why the lads request it, their attention to detail is impeccable, very clean, well facilitated and very good value. Thank you for the stay & consistency.

Not so much a negative but with it being on the 4th floor, heavily relied on the lift, thankfully the lift was reliable.

Location close to the City Centre.

The place is not maintained properly at all. Everything is broken and not fixed. The towels were very old and had stains. The beds had very dirty covers and full of stains. The iron and ironing board were filth. The curtains cannot be adjusted. Metal rods in the floor were broken and the remaining parts had sharp edges. The kitchen sets are rusted and we got tired removing the rests from them. No shoes to be used as the flooring was very cold. The microwave was not working.

Damaged sofa, these were advertised as sofa beds…you definitely couldn’t sleep on them and no bedding for them. Tap was loose in the kitchen

Location could not have been more central! The host was lovely and very accommodating. Myself and 6 friends stayed here. It’s a great place for a girls trip, I would definitely come back😊

Better than expected, great apartment and service.

I booked this apartment for family who came to visit. This apartment is right in the centre of town in Piccadilly and was very easy to find from the train station (just 5 minutes walk) The apartment is clean and roomy and the beds comfortable with nice pillows. The windows are huge and allow lots of natural light during the daytime and my parents liked that the apartment backs onto a quiet street away from the traffic. Simple but comfy furniture and lots of pans to cook with. The man who checked us in was very helpful and has good knowledge of the city. I will definitely use this accommodation for family and friends again.

Breakfast not applicable. But the location is excellent everything is at arm’s length. Loads of cafes, eateries and bars. All within a walking a walking distance. Cafes on the the ground floor was a bonus.

Check out at 11am I would’ve preferred a later one.

Absolutely disgusting. It is regrettable to report that the kitchen facilities are plagued by a severe cockroach infestation, a most unsanitary condition for an area designated for dining. Additionally, upon inspection of the sleeping accommodations, it became evident that bed bugs were present. As a result, we chose to promptly depart from the premises and opt for alternative accommodations in our vehicle, as we were unwilling to risk the contamination of our personal belongings. Our overall experience can only be described as exceedingly distressing. It is pertinent to note that we possess video evidence documenting the mentioned issues, and yet, the management has displayed reluctance in providing a full refund. It is my sincere recommendation that prospective visitors refrain from staying at this establishment.
