Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe idea of car parking in the centre of Cardiff was quite stressful but actually parking at John Lewis was perfect as it meant we had parking for shopping the next day.. it was my daughters birthday, it would have been good for her room to have had a complimentary something to recognise that.

Full English breakfast with many options to choose from and freshly prepared items made breakfast worthwhile. The restaurant staff was friendly.

Unfortunately our key card didn’t work on 3 occasions, when we first arrived, after coming back after a few hours in town and then when we went down to fix it didn’t work again. Staff were great in getting it sorted, but just a little frustrating.
