We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Lovely, private and secluded treehouse with beautiful views. Well-furnished and modern with complete amenities and safety features eg fire alarm. Comfortable bed and really well-designed room with parking space at front. Absolutely magical!

United KingdomThe outside area wasn't very clean, lots of crumbs under the table, dust in the floor and curtains. (I have a dust allergy so this was really difficult at night) There was a wedding in the main estate and the noise was a bit overwhelming.
Absolutely gorgeous location, perfect for nature enthusiasts. You have everything you need, great facilities, lovely surroundings. Lots of wildlife!

United KingdomIt was great, nothing to complain about, the lack of reception (without WiFi) is tough but I don’t think you have control over that. In the cabin the WiFi is ace.
There were many more sleeping options for the two kids in this treehouse (Sky) compared to Wildcat which we stayed in before. Would definitely stay in sky again, much more accessible and easy to navigate with bags and prams. But we loved wildcat too! The food, once again, was excellent and delicious. We were recommended to stay here by The Travel Project’s Charlie and Jess through their achievable adventures campaign and book. We would highly recommend it.

United KingdomThere wasn’t information in the welcome pack about how to restock on kindling and logs so when we run out we didn’t know where to find them. But that is so minor compared to how wonderful the stay was.
We loved everything! Waking up to the views, having a bath outside in nature, cooking outside and relaxing by the fire pit. No TV’s for the whole weekend just peace and quiet listening only to the sounds of the birds. It was perfect!

The property was lovely,clean and I had some MAJOR problems but NOTHING to do with the venue and the management were so helpful. Everything was there I needed I just didn’t get a chance to use them. Again nothing to do with the property more a family thing.

United KingdomI was surprised by the level of cleanliness. The patio wasn’t very clean and, although it is outdoors, I don’t think that should be overlooked . I also have an outdoor patio and keep it tidy. We also had to wash all the utensils before using them, and the floor inside was quite dirty.
We really liked the layout of the place and the overall peaceful atmosphere.
