Lovely house central located in Sandwich.

The spongey inserts between the crockery to obviously stop the plates etc. rubbing each other and damaging the glaze. A nuisance to have to keep taking them out and putting them back plus some were grubby and needed throwing away in my opinion. This was only a very minor issue in an absolutely beautiful house.

Beautiful modern town house. Very clean and comfortable with high end facilities and fittings. Been to Sandwich before as we have relatives there but have to say this was the best property we have stayed in and will definitely book again if available next time we visit Sandwich.

Too much sunlight coming through the bedroom's blinds in the morning.

Absolutely amazing place, extremely clean, modern and cosy. Great location super close to the town centre, while still being nice and silent for a good restoring sleep. We spent our Easter long weekend here, on arrival we found some useful items in the fridge (milk, oat milk, sparkling water, ketchup, etc) and an Easter Lindt chocolate bar, really nice and personalised touch that made us feel taken care of. Super welcoming staff, they contacted us after booking to introduce themselves and let us know that they were available to suggest attractions and restaurants, if we needed this information. Everything was perfect so we didn't need any help during our stay. However, with this high level of customer care, I am certain that if you find yourself in need, the customer support would be incredibile.

Lovely modern apartment in a great location overlooking the river and in a perfect location to just wander around the pretty town of Sandwich. Good communication with owner from the outset. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities of home. Beds were comfortable and nice fluffy towels in the bathroom and ensuite. Our arrival to fresh pastries was very welcome as was the fresh fruit, milk, chocolate, jams, coffee pods etc that were made available. Laundry well equipped with washing powder, fabric softener etc. The apartment is on the door step of three pubs. We ate at The Crispin Inn who did a great dish of lambs liver, bacon, onions, peas and mash. Also had a good steak at The Bell Inn. Highly recommended staying at this apartment.

Everything was above perfect, simply superb So many small detail touches can't list them all! Bread, butter, all the supplies and utensils and technology and lighting and luxury touches and I could go on and on!

There is nothing we did not like but if we must answer this it is that the Apple TV provided was not working to synchronise a personal Netflix account. We instead watched terrestrial TV.

The managing agent is professional and extremely helpful. The property itself is in a fabulous location, on the water and accessible to anywhere in Sandwich you wish to explore. The lounge area is perfectly comfortable to relax in after a hard days exploring. The decor is clean and modern, done up to a high standard.

The property was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Great location in town. We will definitely look to book the property again.

There was nothing we didn't like but would have preferred 2 little comfy seats in the window.

The house was in an excellent location for exploring the town of Sandwich and for being near the river. It was beautifully furnished and very relaxing there, especially sitting in the window overlooking the river. Our hosts were so supportive and it was good to know they were there, though we never had to call on them.

Parking a medium or large size car could be tricky. Could do with fabric blind in bedroom for privacy and to reduce light. Could do with a bin in the lounge. The ensuite is extremely small in the double front bedroom!

Great location. Good views over river. Facilities excellent. Cleanliness excellent. Bed very comfortable. Nice touches regarding fresh bread/sweets etc.
