The property was exceptionally clean every thing you need is provided I was so peaceful to wake up in the morning with the beautiful views and just the sound of the sheep was amazing definitely will be booking again for next year

I would like to see more restrictions for my dog, a gate at the top of the metal steps and a covering as the gaps in the railings were very large. This meant we were not able to let our dog just roam around. Or a small fence with a gate just behind the outdoor table would work.

Very clean, everything you could ever need. The view was out of this world. Being able to take my dog was great.

Peaceful, relaxing, comfortable with great view. Feels like in countryside when inside, but actually in the town so can easily walk to supermarkets and take aways and bus stop. Very clean and well equipped. Enclosed, safe outdoor area if you have a dog. Few steps to access property but not an issue unless you have mobility problems. Convenient off road parking for one car. Another car could park for free on residential road. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Bathroom is small

The location. The rooms were large and modern. The heating was easy to use and efficient. It was well equipped and clean.

The chalet sits on a very beautiful river side and a very convenient location, near to the supermarket Co-op.My family and I enjoyed the staying. The Chalet is very clean and cosy. We will definitely choose this Chalet next time when we visit Lampeter.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. A few people commented on the parking but we only had a small car so no issues. I would say that the shower room is small but again it was fine for us.

The location was perfect being within the town but when you were in the chalet it was felt more like you were in the countryside. The chalet was spotless and had everything we needed. The view from the patio and being able to sit outside was lovely The hosts were very nice and helpful.

Car park was tight and need to be careful with access and egress.

Lovely view through the picture window in the lounge diner. Well kitted out with kitchen and household appliances.

Really lovely chalet. Exceptionally clean and beautifully kept. Gorgeous views out the back. Dai was lovely and on hand if we needed anything. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. Comfy beds. Lots of space. Just great all round.

Bring some extra hangers to make the most of the storage space. The shower area is small but, when you take everything else into account it really is unimportant.

View from Y Siale is spectacular. Kitchen and living area really cosy, comfortable and functional. Lampeter is a lovely little town with some interesting shops (Watson and Pratt's in particular for lovely food) and easy access to good walking from the door as well as being in easy driving distance from coast and mountains.

Beautiful location and views, the property was super clean and was like a little home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and the little welcome gift of Welsh cakes and a pint of milk was a lovey thought from the owner. The bed was super comfy and the whole place was warm and cozy. I stayed with my two dogs and they absolutely loved watching the swans on the river and the livestock in the fields. The owners were like vey and really helpful with providing instructions for routes to walk the dogs. An information folder in the utility room was exceptional with info about the town and things to do. If you’re in the area get this place booked it’s a diamond for sure.

The bathroom was a little small, but one could put up with that because the rest of the facilities.

Fabulous location with views that are spectacular and interesting. Could have sat in the lounge all day and just looked out at the view. Guests that joined us, also said the same. FANTASTIC. Tea, coffee, milk and a pack of Welsh Cakes were all there to welcome us, and everything you might need or require we’re all in the chalet.
