We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Still awaiting a refund. The property absolutely awful. Looks like a squat. No where near yhe location located on booking.com. We walked in and walked straight back out again. It was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for a month by the looks of it. Avoid at all costs and disappointed that booking.com allow such place on their website.

This was the single most disgusting apartment I have ever stayed in. I arrived and was met with rotting food left all over the kitchen and the kitchen & kitchen drawers were covered in filth and body hairs. I turned up to this apartment and left within 5 minutes it was so unbelievably disgusting. DO NOT STAY IN THIS VILE PROPERTY. I contacted the owner about this absolute disgrace and took extensive video footage of all the rotting food covered in black mould, blue mould and green mould. I cannot more strongly recommend staying as far away from this absolute filth as possible. It is a complete waste of money and the owner is a scammer, giving me an appalling reply and told me “it was clean”. Absolute disgrace of an apartment.

It was a good size with small kitchen and en-suite. Lots of buses 1 min away and a short bus ride to shops. Quiet no noise.

United KingdomPulling into driveway the property looked like an abandoned building. Entering the property the stairs and landing are filthy. Hand written numbers on all the doors, looked very sleezy and not a professional outlet. Dirt and Ash on base of bed, blood on mattress, no mattress or pillow protector, the owner did not know what these were? Bed linen old/pulled/grubby...not ironed. Greasy kitchen containers and greasy mirror. Rubbish and twig in wardrobe. I have pictures as proof. Either the owner does not know how the cleaners are cleaning or the owner is trying to get heaps of money for a poor property.
I liked nothing, I couldn't stay as it was so filthy.
