A bit too loud (room facing the street) There was nothing in the garden, and it wasn't very clean at the time I was there.

I like localisation. The buses to and from the city centre are very close to the house. The room although small, was clean and good enough for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped.

There was no milk provided for hot drinks for the two days we stayed, The facility layout is a put off as No on suite and people prefer that. There is difficulty finding parking around which is also discouraging.

Property located on a very busy road so traffic noise first night kept me awake most of it. Too tired on 2nd night and therefore managed to sleep longer but not well rested. I will not be booking again due to the high noise levels. Smelly dishcleaning cloth in kitchen. Dirty fridge.

Front door was open when I arrived. I thought there was a wig in the shower, but it was a really bad fix to the shower tray. No iron.

Walls so thin you hear the next room snoring as if in your bed and stains on the walls by old leaks, peeling paint and windows so leaky the draft could blow newspapers. Central heating not working so had to use portable oil radiators. The linen used was so cheap and old, while it appeared clean, I slept with as much clothes on as possible. The shared bathroom doesn't lock well, resulting in someone walking in while I was naked. Woke up early, and left ASAP..

Wouldn't stay in this property again. The location was good but.....

No hot water in upstairs bathroom. (We were on a tight schedule so just made do and didn’t pursue it with the owner.) On street parking. Arrival instructions weren’t received until after we got there.

I've never ever been in such a dirty and miserable place like this one in the room mess and dirt, no one clean up over there I think for weeks or months there was nowhere to hang your clothes nowhere there was no night tables there was only one little table and one night lamp I've seen even spider webs in some places and old paint was hanging out from the wall the towels being gray and white but even this white one was also great theoretically when you look on them they looks also dirty I didn't feel at all any pleasure to use them and what is more dramatic after visiting those miserable place I've got Rush on my skin hands and legs after a few nights because I stay there one week they looks like some creatures were biting my skin I've seen also some little creatures walking on the bed sheet which was also Gray so you have to look very carefully to find them sometimes absolutely miserable place never ever been so but place and I will never ever come back there I even finish my visit over there one day before I didn't stay all seven nights. I'm going to report to this place to booking.com because this is absolutely ridiculous and miserable this price is absolutely too high for this awful condition of this place. I don't know what the cleaners are doing there but also kitchen looks ugly and dirty same like fridge inside it should be clean each shelf but it wasn't. My advice stay away from this place as far as it possible because you're going to be sorry if you came here. My foot will never ever come back there again. What I waste of time and money shame of you guys whoever is managing those place. And what is also important thing this room was far too small for two people you've got access to the bed only from one side because from the other that was sticking to the wall because there was no space to move it, common sense because I've seen other rooms would you have been slightly bigger.

Never got to stay in the room as it was passed onto someone else who had keys. Security breached, very concerning, no response from the contact number until 20+ calls had been made, Would have been a very interesting scenario if we had returned to the room at 1.am and found someone asleep in our bed.

Bed BUGs

There are tens of bed bugs and I as not able to sleep. Noissy, smell...worst night ever. The onwer was not helpful at all and asked me to find another llace at 10:30 pm.
