After reading the fantastic reviews we knew The Rosedene would be a wonderful place to stay, and it didn’t disappoint. From the welcome messages to the warm welcome we received on arrival, it was a real pleasure to interact with Mark & Andrea. The period property is beautiful, impeccably decorated and spotlessly clean, with every amenity you could think of catered for. The hosts were very tentative and informative of the area and had suggestions for the wonderful experiences we had. The property is on a quiet road, and we found a free spot to park right outside. It was a very short walk to the beach and shops and perfectly located for a plethora of choices for food and drink. The room was perfectly sized and very quiet, you wouldn’t even know the other rooms were all occupied! We will be recommending The Rosedene to everyone we know, and we wouldn’t be surprised to see it win multiple awards! We will definitely be returning for more than 2 nights next time, as Llandudno is the most beautiful seaside resort. Truly a picture postcard location.

There's always some minor quibble that you feel guilty for mentioning, but think you should just for balance. But on this occasion, there was honestly not even a minor quibble. This was absolutely the perfect stay.

We had a lovely warm and friendly greeting on arrival. The first thing I noticed was how immaculately clean every where was. We booked quite last minute so had a room on the 3rd floor which was the last one they had, however it was lovely, very clean, a huge TV, looks recently decorated. The bed was comfy and had beautiful white bedding. Everything you need is in the room, bottles of water downstairs in a fridge to help yourself to, extra tea / coffee/ fresh milk at hand to. Location was brilliant a few minutes to the sea front.

A very warm welcome and a lovely, nicely decorated, very comfortable room. The bed was extremely comfortable and a nice provision of water, coffee teas and biscuit bars. The shower room was a good size and the shower was perfect.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Llandudno! The hotel is in a great location, with only short walking distance to the pier, shops, pubs, tram and beach. Free street parking was available directly in front of the hotel. The owners are really friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The room and whole hotel was so clean, it was absolutely spotless! Very happy with our stay, we will be returning. Thanks a lot!

The nice experience starts at the front door. 1) The Rosedene is very inviting. 2) Andrea and Marc are very welcoming, always there to answer uestions and make their guests feel comfortable. 3) The room was nicely made up and very clean.

No option for breakfast, but this is not a problem as several cafes (and a Wetherspoons) within a few hundred yards walk from the property.

Accommodation is fresh, modern and very clean. Room well appointed. Key system makes coming and going hassle free.

Fabulous hosts, very friendly and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic hotel. Perfect decor, very peaceful and quiet. Great location, within walking distance of the beach, the promenade, the pier, and the high street. Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast. On street parking was OK, always managed to find a space. Spotless.

A wonderful 2 night stay at this lovely hotel, which is in an ideal location, in the centre of Llandudno, with the beach and pier being only a few minutes walk away. Mark and Andrea are the most welcoming, lovely people who could not do enough for me, throughout my stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you need, including comfy beds, tea and coffee, water, biscuits and a good shower. An iron is also available, which was perfect for me as I was on business travel and had shirts to iron. It's likely I'll be back in Llandudno for work again and I will definitely be heading back to the Rosedene.

I would have been great to have allocated parking spaces, however there is nothing the hotel could do about this

The Rosedene exceeded our expectations - from the start - we were met outside and welcomed by Andrea - the hotel was immaculate, spotless and finished to a high standard. Andrea and Mark were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and bright and newly refurbed to a high standard. It is situated really near to all Llandudno has to offer but was quiet and peaceful at night time. Really enjoyed our stay and have recommended to family and friends, it will definitely be our go to place for trips to Llandudno

The hosts are amazing, nothing too much trouble, rooms are immaculate and spotlessly clean. The matress was so comfy, they told us they riad tested them all to check for a good nights sleep. Fab location with lots of eateries and watering holes close by within minutes. An absolute gem and we will definitely be back to stay again.
