The place is falling apart, I think the host has been there so long he cant see it as others do, thought there would be a kettle in the room but no, host made us a cup of tea but had no milk in the property, he had got some by early morning though, we left as soon as was practicable

Sharing bathroom but saying that the bathroom was always free when I needed to use them.

We had a great stay everybody where very friendly the beds and pillows were very comfortable it was lovely to sit in the garden and chat with the other guests

House in poor condition and cluttered. Beds uncomfortable, no towels, no powwe upstairs so extension leads run into rooms including bathroom. House very cluttered. I don't think it would take much decorating or several skips to make it a much more comfortable stay.

We couldn't stay at that horrible place because it was unsafe and really dirty and smelly, the host was creepy and wore white linen trousers, see through with nothing underneath. I could not wait to leave that place, I didn't even unpack, host kept staring at my teenage daughters and I could not wait to leave the place and it's creepiness! I had to drive 30 miles to the premier Inn hotel in Faversham and pay for a room there otherwise we would have to either sleep in the car. Going home was not an option as I'm traveling with children and promised them an overnight stay at the seaside. Unacceptable! Please make sure you inspect your listed properties before accepting.

Everything it’s a serious hygiene risk in there!! The house and rooms are filthy the description on booking.com is false there was hair in the sink no facilities. The owner and his family live in the property and use it as a normal house and just have people stay there I went to use the shower in the morning there was a naked man in there with the door open. There was no tv. Mold all over the room.

The property was in a dilapidated state, one of his staff who live in the property brought some friends and was making noise till 5am in the morning with loud music and chatting right opposite our rooms, talking loud in the hallway which was preventing the childrend from sleeping. I went in the garden at 1:30am to ask them to stop but was in vain as after an hour or so they started again. One of the bathroom didn't have hot water, improper lighting and dirty. Kitchen need refurblish. You should bring your own towels and bathroom accessories, the place is an ex nursing home with no TV and no wardrobe space to hang our clothes in both rooms.

James was very friendly, very helpful when asking for direction and attractions in the area. He allowed us to stay in a 4 bed facility one next to each other instead of a four bed and a two bed room. He provided us with honey and cooking oil to prepare our breakfast.
