Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomMy daughter struggled with the compost loo - but she struggles with all public toilets! Boys were fine with them.
It was our first time off grid glamping & we enjoyed it. We went with our teenage family, the boys especially enjoyed cooking on the BBQ & building a fire (all wood provided). The kitchen area had all we needed. This is perfect for younger children, lots of outdoor toys, dart board etc. The showers were hot & clean. The host was friendly & accommodating. This site is a 5 min drive from Many Tears Animal Rescue, we spent the w/e volunteering there & this was a great base. There are also a few rescued animals on site that you can choose to visit, goats, sheep & guinea pigs.

United KingdomWhat a lovely place, the kids aged 12,9 and 5 all loved it! Felt safe with enclosed fencing all around, lots of toys for kids and the animals to keep them amused. The kitchenette had everything you needed and we all loved the camp fire.....all wood and firelighters supplied! Would definitely return, great value for money!

United KingdomAbsolutely nothing - it was all perfect - and exceeded expectations of this site and every other site we have ever been to.
This place is AMAZING FOR FAMILIES!! The whole site is enclosed once the car park gate is shut, and no matter which tent you have you can see the whole site and always keep an eye on the children with the copious amounts of things provided to keep them entertained. Which meant grown ups could have a little break too - what a win, win situation she has created! I can't rave about this place enough, we feel so lucky we found it. Leah our host is just the most incredible person. She is full of energy and light, and you can tell she takes great pride in the space she has created here, and so she should. Showers were top notch, toilets were so clean - facilities were just out of this world for a Glamping site. Each tent gets it's own little kitchen area with a sink, and you have a fire pit, table and camping chairs. You literally don't need to bring ANYTHING except food and drink. Beds were so comfy, tents in the shade come the evening so even visiting on the worlds hottest weekend (33 degrees in Wales!!) the tents were actually cool and comfortable come the evening with how they are positioned. There is a toy hut for children ram packed with interesting things for them to play with, a park, mud kitchen, petting area with bunnies and guinea's - goats and chicken and cats! There is a little fridge on site which was ample for us as two families with 5 children between us. Leah would come and clean everything whilst we were out in the days which was so unexpected but just so kind. We will be back for sure, multiple times I hope! It was my partners birthday and she so kindly made a beautiful glass bowl out of recycled glass as a present for him. I mean, can you get any kinder than that!! Leah you are a lovely person and should be so proud in what you have created :)

United KingdomThis place is an absolute hidden gem! It’s a must for families looking for the camping experience without having to lug all your equipment around with you. Firstly we turned up half hour before check in and Lea was extremely welcoming.. as soon as the children got out the car, she took them straight to feeding the goats (which the kids absolutely loved) We were given a full tour of the site and made to feel very welcome and at ease. The site is 100% fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from beds/ linen, BBQ and the coal, kettle with gas stove, tea and coffee included and every utensil, plates and mugs you would ever need. Torches and power banks were also provided.. (honestly everything you could need is provided) There are lots of toys, games and things to keep children entertained.. even go karts and board games. Lea has kept the site safe and entertaining so that the children can stay entertained whilst the parents relax! Cleanliness of the site was very impressive.. 10/10 to Lea as a host and the site itself.

United KingdomThe only slight point, and even at that, the point of going somewhere like this is to getaway from the world, but the charging from the solar panels was hit and miss, it could charge smaller items but the iPhone simply would charge and cut off multiple times, so just turned the phone off in the end (again, probably what should be done at a place like this, to enjoy the sights and fully take in the surroundings, which again, beautiful!)
Fantastic location, the people in charge, lovely. Fantastic for the kids and the parents, we loved it, the kids loved it, wonderful place, will happily come back in the future, was a perfect night away, don’t hesitate to book if you are looking at it.

United KingdomGreat set-up for families. Secure site safe for kids. Super clean bell tent with lovely fresh bedding and lots of lovely little touches like a pack of cards and dice, plenty of supplies left in compost loos, kids loved the toy shed, swings and bat and balls. Lovely outdoor kitchen set-up and sitting area. Unfortunately, due to the weather we didn’t see it at it’s best but nothing could be done about that and we were still able to stay dry and cosy.

United KingdomThe fridges didn’t work and the showers were very hot. We also thought we were getting 3x double beds but ended up with 2x doubles and 2x singles which was a shame but not enough to put us off an amazing weekend.
Really nice location and owners put a lot of thought into all facilities that could be needed. Surrounding village is really cute and has a big shopping centre near by. Not far from Swansea city if you wanted to take a day trip out. We did 3 cliffs bay and it was amazing, lovely walk and even better beach.
