The on street parking was tight but that's Keswick!

The guest house was very close to the town centre, and as very comfortable. The care by the hosts was exceptional, very friendly helpful and efficient. The breakfast was superb.

The property was homely, with a few quirky features making it an interesting place to stay. Situated on a quiet street it was a 5 minute walk into Keswick town centre.

Superb breakfast, including very generous bowl of fruit each day. The owners gave real attention to detail, so everything was comfortable and little exrtras made it enjoyable. They were very welcoming and helpful. It was in easy walking ditance to the town centre and the lake. There was no parking provided, but street parking was available nearby and on the second day I managed to park very near the Guset House.

Anne and Paul were very welcoming, and the accommodation was excellent, clean, spacious and quiet. The beds were comfy and the shower great. We could order breakfast the night before and tailor our preferences. There was a selection of cereals, juices, yoghurts etc and also fresh fruit to go with the toast and cooked choices. The location was close to Keswick centre, just a short walk. Although there is no allocated parking, we found a spot outside both days. A great B & B, which I will use again if visiting Keswick.

The number of stairs to carry a case up to the room was too much for an 85 year old. Just meant taking up essentials for the over night stay.

Beautiful little guest house the room was spotless and the staff were very helpful, also great centralised location near all the shops and pubs, highly recommended. I gave the place a 9 out of 10 deducting a point for the car parking situation it can be a little stressful finding a spot.

There is absolutely nothing not to like. If you stay here and pick a fault I suggest you stay at home.

Everything. Hosts were very friendly and explained everything. My room was clean and well equipped with a kettle, an assortment of tea, coffee, chocolate, etc. Complimentary water and a couple of snacks. It's 5 mins to walk town centre. All in all, it is a perfect place to stay.

Shower cubicle was a little tight which made it hard to bend over but shower itself was fabulous. Cosy room but well equipped with comfortable bed

Perfect central location with lots of on street parking (if you arrive at the right time). Welcoming hosts, amazing breakfast with a lovely fresh fruit salad, yogurts, cereals and, of course, the full English! Lots of great walks right on the doorstep with only a five minute walk to the nearest pub/centre of town.

Absolutely nothing too complain about

Just got back from 4 day break here, stayed in room 2 which was a fabulous big room with huge bay window, a huge double bed and single. Very comfortable and clean. The breakfast here is the crowning glory, literally the best breakfast I have had in any hotel or B&B. It's a lovely little B&B with only 4 rooms the hosts are very friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay here again ❤️

The accommodation was spot on the accommodation was clean we had a lovely room with plenty of space.The bed was comfy. Paul and Anne made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety and set you up for the day.

The fact we couldn’t stay longer!

It felt like being home. Very cute property and felt cosy. The location is super close to the center of town, but still in a very quiet street. The hosts were fantastic and friendly. We will come back again!

Fantastic guest house in a great location. It was just a 2 minute walk into the town. Everything was perfect for our stay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable.The breakfast was lovely. Managed to get a parking spot on the road outside. Great value for money.
