There’s nothing not to like. It’s perfect. One suggestion though would be to have instructions folder for use of equipment.

Being set back, the balcony is overlooked. But the views are still great. Could have done with some voils at the windows, instead of having to close the blinds when changing etc. Check in and out times kept being different to what was stated on the booking. But once queried it returned to what was on the booking, so all fine. They were also flexible with letting me leave my car a little earlier which I approached.

Being right on the sea front the views are beautiful and access to the beach is great. You can walk easily to lots of local restaurants and pubs. The place is equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Including beach towels, which was nice.

Nothing. Better instructions for how to get in and how to operate the heating would have been good, but the owner was very quick to respond to messages. Oh, also a decent sized tea pot would have been useful, but these are both tiny things.

All the little and not extras they provided for a stay. There was coffee, teas, towels, everything that makes a traveler to feel comfortable while travelling and staying. Was really pleasantly impressed. Thank you.

There wasn’t anything that wasn’t liked however it would be great if there was a colander and microwave food cover. One of the portable side lights in the master bedroom didn’t work and one of the cooker rings.

The apartment is decorated lovely and has amazing views. Bed in the master is huge! Lots of nice quality towels. Throw blankets were a nice added touch but could have done with another warmer one.

Nothing to dislike!

Fabulous apartment, spotlessly clean with stunning views from all rooms. The beds were so comfortable and we slept well! Complimentary wine and treats on arrival was a lovely surprise. The apartment is within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. We definitely hope to return again soon.

Stunning views from the flat, really lovely decor and had everything we needed for a trip with two young children. The welcome treats on arrival were a lovely touch. The beds were all very comfortable and the flat was immaculately clean on arrival.

We met our host on arrival who gave us a warm welcome and recommendations on places to eat, very helpful. The site security is a comfort and that view from the main room window, absolutely stunning no matter what time of day or night. We visited the Perico Lounge and agree the quality of the food and cocktails were very good and magnified by the enthusiasm from the staff.

We have been to the same development three times over the last year and sadly the property is wearing down fast. The master bed mattress has sank; all the pillows and bedsheets have become very worn with bumps and bobbles; the glass panels in the balcony have slipped down their sockets which are quite worrisome considering the kind of accident they can cause if fallen out; one of the master bedroom’s toilet flush no longer works; the bath-shower floods with water when showering as the drain no longer drains effectively; the room and lounge smells funny of damp but the smell can be dissipated by keeping the windows open; the twin-bedroom window is very stiff and hard to close, best not to open it if you suffer from any injuries from the wrists like myself, though we had to open the window as our young daughter was sleeping in the room and we entered the room with an industrial grade ioniser blasting on full power.

The property is the cleanest one can ever get while away from home. Host is very generous with daily necessities and supplies.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal View in Ramsgate. The apartment was beautiful, with stunning views and modern, elegant decor. The location was perfect, close to attractions and dining. The amenities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a comfortable and luxurious stay!

It would have been lovely to have had bedside lights in the twin room but I shared one of my 2 chargeable ones in the main bedroom.

The location was perfect. On building exit you are straight on the sea front. The facilities were top rate. Spacious main bedroom had en-suite with overhead and hand shower. Lots of wardrobe space and windows overlooking the sea. Good electric blackout blinds. Second bedroom has twin beds again with sea views and blinds. The bathroom has a low bath with shower. Kitchen is fully fitted as you would have at home. Comfortable large sofa with footstools complete this excellent property.

A beautiful, sparkling apartment with the perfect seaview and a quick hop downstairs to the sandy beach. It has an exceptionally comfortable sofa and beds, plus everything you need. Having safe, private parking for one car was a huge bonus. It is a very short walk to Ramsgate Royal Harbour, town and Granville Theatre. This time of year, it was lovely and quiet as not very many apartments were occupied. The arrival instructions were prompt and detailed. We loved our stay!
