United KingdomThe property is poorly cleaned, the floor boards upstairs are quaking noisy when walking around, which is quite disturbing when attempting to sleep at night. Kitchen sink needs a bit of attention and the shower cubicle in the bathroom needs deep cleaning.

Hot water wasn’t running, heater wasn’t working, WiFi didn’t work. Key into the property was expected to be left in the key safe and only used for entry and exit, which made me question the safety of my personal belongings. Host was absolutely rude when contacted to sort issues that weren’t clearly stated or instructions left behind
The only thing I like is that it was close to work and it was convenient for me to travel and it had private parking

I recently stayed at Sariyu Space Dagenham (34 Thorogood Way) and I can confidently say—it was absolutely flawless. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, everything ran so smoothly that I genuinely believe the other reviews don’t even matter. You just have to experience it to understand. What truly sets this place apart is the host’s lightning-fast responsiveness. I’m not exaggerating when I say—you barely get through the first ring, maybe two max, and she’s already picked up the phone and is ready to help. Whether it’s a quick question or a last-minute need, she’s there in a heartbeat. That kind of attentiveness is rare and makes all the difference. The space itself was spotless, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. Everything worked perfectly. If you're considering staying here, don’t overthink it. I’d bet on this place any day—and I’ve stayed in a lot of places. Hands down, one of the smoothest and most pleasant stays I’ve ever had.

United KingdomThe booked single room details are very far from advertised, mainly no private bathroom with the room as advertised. Not value as could get 50% cheaper for room with shared bathroom. Only one shared bathroom for 4 rooms. Tried to leave but accommodation offered no refund. The accommodation manager did not reply to calls. Forced to stay one night up to booking.com sort it and have to wait half an hour morning for toilet and late for work. Booking.com has nothing to do and tried to force me stay another night but left and opened dispute with bank for refund
