The property was beautifully decorated with lovely original paintings on the walls. The location was convenient for Freshwater village and the beach at Colwell Bay. Many restaurants and Pubs within walking distance. An excellent cooked breakfast was served in the room. Carol the owner went out of her way to make our stay first class, providing us with Bus times and advice on eating places. WE would thoroughly recommend.

Perfect for my work stay nearby. Located in a pleasant quiet area shops nearby and the beach is just around the corner. The hosts insisted on picking me up from the ferry terminal, even took me to the local shops the night I arrived and also offered to drop me off on my return, what more can I say...

|Nothing apart from the fact we always wish we could stay longer!! We love it!

The location was perfect for us as we like to go walking on the Tennyson Down and Headon Warren near Alum Bay. We always have an amazing breakfast which sets us up for the day. Accommodation is comfortable and very private and we have a parking space for our car.

Everything was great - nothing that we didn't like.

Our host Carol and Nigel were friendly, flexible and accommodating in our requests. Breakfast had a good number of options to choose from, served on time and seasoned well. The location was convenient - walking distance to Sainsbury's, the Pharmacy and the bus stop which we relied on when going to places. It was also about 5mins walk away from the beach which was a good start for our hike.

Clean and tidy. The host carol couldn’t have done enough to make our stay as relaxing and easy as possible. Breakfast was 10/10!!

The property was brilliant, excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Colwell Bay, Totland and Freshwater. Lovely little B and B with excellent hosts. Very clean and friendly and a brilliant breakfast.

Nothing - just wish we had stayed longer!

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The perfect size for a couple. The hosts were extremely friendly and the breakfast was first class - which we managed to eat outside on the pretty little terrace as the weather was glorious. The location was perfect - just a 6 minute stroll to the beautiful Colwell Bay!

Bed was a bit small for us.

The breakfast made by Carol was outstanding. Very kind and welcoming. Really appreciated being dropped off at the pub in the evening. We would love to go back.

Not far from Colwell Bay beach and Freshwater centre. Tucked at the end of a local lane it had offstreet parking and the accommodation was in a separate building from the host's property. It was private, quiet, clean and comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating. Good cooked breakfast.

Beautifully renovated, comfortable and extremely clean. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and gave great advice on some good walks and served delicious breakfast, but otherwise left us to ourselves. Near to the beach and walkable to Freshwater and Yarmouth.
