We had a fantastic two-night stay at the Seafront BnB in Botany. The host was warm and great company, making the visit feel truly personal. The house is beautifully styled, with a lovely garden and just a short walk to the beach. Super comfy, great vibes, and really good value. Would definitely stay again!

Slightly difficult to find.

Wonderful welcome from Barry. Made us feel very welcome with a glass of wine. Nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable room with little extras such s fresh fruit, sweets, chocolate. Guest sitting room upstairs with fantastic sea view. The house is decorated and arranged with excellent taste and elegance.

The room was very modern, attractive and clean in a beach side setting.There were lots of thoughtful touches such as chocolate and fruit provided. The breakfast was amazing including lovely fresh fruit and pastries. The owner was very welcoming and friendly.

Where should I start? Everything was 10 out of 10. The host was incredible nice which made our stay feeling amazing. Location is fantastic with a lovely garden and an amazing view. If you don't know what to visit first or where should you go for an unforgettable night, Barry is the right man to guide you. If you want to experience one of your best stay choose Seafront BnB at Botany!

Nothing, it was utterly perfect.

We liked absolutely everything. I can't fault this stay at all. My my mother in law came to watch Scooter at Dreamland together. Barry, the host, was an absolute delight from start to finish. And after a 7 hour journey he offered us a glass of wine immediately. Sat us in the beautiful garden. Showed us around this stunning home. And even suggested places we could go and eat and things to do and see while we were here. The upstairs living room has the most stunning views over the sea, and you can see for miles. Barry was so welcoming and shared stories and chatted with us, making us feel right at home. The beach is just a few minutes' walk, and it's beautiful. There is a wildlife walk just in front of the property, too. The main margate town is a 10 minute or so drive/taxi ride. There is a lovely restaurant pub with a very interesting history a few minutes walk away. The food was absolutely delightful and the staff were very pleasant. The extras Barry put into the room were wonderful, the bunch of grapes, the hot chocolate, teas, and coffee. The caramel biscuits and bottles of water. Both sparkling and still. And wow, the breckfast in the morning was a wonderful spread of freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly prepared fruits, yoghurt, home made compote, freshly Bakes pastries and if you want any eggs Barry will cook these fresh for you too. There are cereals and other lovely breckfast options. We will 100% be coming back. It was an absolute pleasure to stay. It's enough out of the way to be peaceful but also close enough to everything you need. Thank you so much Barry. We will be back!

This was a great place to stay for a night or two on our travels. Barry was a fabulous host and we enjoyed our stay very much. The house and our room were excellent, breakfast as well, and dinner at the pub a couple of hundred yards away. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Great seafront location central to the main beach areas. A modern, well run and maintain B&B which is dog friendly. Overall the with atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Barry is a great host.

Breakfast was decent, with a basic selection including eggs and bacon, toast, yoghurt, fruit, granola, and cornflakes. While it covered the essentials, it would have been nice to see a bit more variety - perhaps some cold meats, cheese, and fresh vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber, or peppers to cater to different preferences. A few more options would really elevate the experience.

I had a lovely stay at this seaside B&B. It’s excellently located just a short walk from the beach and the scenic coastal path - perfect for morning strolls or longer hikes. The property is conveniently situated between Margate and Broadstairs, making it easy to explore both towns. A charming local pub is just 0.5 km away and serves great food in a relaxed setting. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful coastal getaway!
