The communal bin area wasn’t the nicest, and the speed humps on the way in were a bit of a surprise. Also, due to my own confusion (😂), I couldn’t figure out how to switch the bathroom light on and off at first—but that’s definitely on me! None of these took away from how much we enjoyed the stay—it was still a fantastic visit!

We had such a lovely stay at Mel’s apartment! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly peaceful—just what we needed. We really appreciated the little treats and milk on arrival, such a thoughtful touch. Mel’s attention to detail was clear throughout, and her recommendation for dinner at Kettle & Co was spot-on—delicious! She was helpful and kind, making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. The car parking is great because it's directly outside, but when all the residents' cars are in, it's a bit tight, and the communal areas sre grubby. . Also kitchen sink liked to splash water about. Just a note, also no shampoo and conditioner, so bring your own. But really, the whole flat was great and these are tiny niggles.

It was so easy to just sit on the balcony and people and bird watch and enjoy the sounds of the sea, so much so that it was difficult to shift and actually go out and explore South Wales. But the flat is perfectly located for that, too. Mel was very responsive and kind. Would love to come back! Thanks.

The property was in a perfect location! Can’t get any closer to the beach. Nice restaurant on the same stretch. The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed especially staying with two young children. Mel was brilliant, excellent communication and went above and beyond!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need and more. Fantastic location with beautiful views of the beach a sea. If you love walking this is the place for you it’s flat and very accessible. There is a bistro just a 5 minute walk away serving great food and drinks. There are other pubs and restaurants in walking distance also a fish and chip shop. A free parking space is included with the apartment. The kitchen is very clean and has everything you need for your stay even a dish washer. I would certainly recommend staying here and hopefully have the opportunity to return. Mel is on hand if ever you need her.

This did not in anyway detract anything away from our stay. However, the bath towels are tiny!! It would be nice to have the option of a bath sheet.

Not a dislike really, but there is no lift to the second floor with luggage (but I was expecting this) so it was not a big deal, and worth it for the exceptional view!

If we were to be picky, we are both used to a king size bed. It was more comfortable to use both double beds, particularly in the warm weather. We both slept well though.

Only one downside was because there was very limited hot water for four people. Water heated up okay but became tepid after just a few minutes even for just one person in the shower. Boiler seemed a reasonable size but may have been set up to limit use by multiple occupents. Bathroom had a large bath and shower but sufficient hot water for a bath was a non starter.

Views from living room superb. Flat was bright and comfortable and virtually everything about our stay was perfect.

Brilliant location, overlooking Traeth Llanelli; 5-minute walk to St Elli's bistro. Convenient base too if you're looking to make day trips to attractions in Gower Responsive and helpful hosts as well! 10/10 would recommend.
