The shower was cold on both days I was there. One of the other people who own their caravan said it was something to do with there being a lot of people on the site as it was a bank holiday. I don't know how accurate that is. Also the cooker didn't spark when you turned the gas & pressed the spark switch not sure what that was. But it was not an issue as I was only there for 2 days. But if I were to stay longer then I'd have to contact the owners.

I liked how close it was to walk to the beach & it wasn't far from where my sister lives, who I was visiting in Machyllneth. Everyone I came across was very friendly on the site. I would stay again for a long weekend.

The position of the caravan park was excellent with just a short walk over the sand dunes to the beach. Additionally the caravan was very well equipped, very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We were a little disconcerted when we saw all the wires in both of the toilets were uncovered and a bit of a health and safety issue really. We wouldn’t have stayed there for a second night if we had been booked in . Which is a shame because you have a beautiful sight .

It was a lovely area the views are fabulous , the property itself was fine .Also they contacted us to let us know we could check in early which is a lovely thing.

Dated interior but still clean and comfortable

Host was very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent. The property was a very short walk to the beach. The caravan was spacious, clean, comfortable and good amenities. There is plenty of storage in terms of cupboards, draws and wardrobes. We had no issues with the oven or shower as seen on other reviews. The host provided a comfortable travel cot for our baby, and an extra heater and extra blankets in case we got cold. The property gets the sun from sunrise to sunset. Garden furniture was provided on the decking alongside a couple of deckchairs which were handy. Plenty of glasses/plates/cutlery and pans. Tea/coffee/sugar and basic cleaning amenities provided too including washing liquid, towels, cleaning spray.

Fires supplied to keep chill off caravan tripped electric when put on with kettle..... Note: ~ To turn electric back on switch is outside caravan in separate circuit board box #

Carpet and upholstery in caravan dated. Needs vinyl throughout. Oven door broken so food not cooked properly. No decent knives or bakeware

Location.. Beautiful area. Quiet site.. Very clean am just right for two with our 2 dogs.. Lobed the huge beaches.. Ezcellent value.. End of August stay

Looks like issues with shower still present. Not able to adjust correct temperature. Running hot and straight away cold. My son has had burnned his skin and shock. No towels. No Wi-Fi.

Everything was fine. Super. Nice place, good location. Very good for holiday with our dog. We were happy to spend time in this place.

We had a little trouble at first with not receiving the check in information from the hosts and had to call them for access but they responded quickly and we were in within 10mins of arriving. Word of warning - the man on reception at the park is very rude and aggressive, avoid going to reception to avoid tainting the beginning of your holiday as they have nothing to do with the people letting the caravan :)

The caravan was lovely, slightly outdated but that's what we expected from the pictures and generally as it's common of caravans. It was spacious and the holiday park was quiet so we were never disturbed. The decking was lovely at night and in the morning for relaxing and the accomodation had everything we needed. It's about 20mins from Aberystwyth and 5mins down from Borth so slightly out the way but again we knew this before booking so wasn't an issue. We loved our stay and would recommend and stay here again!

A little worn in places due to age of van and so I felt £539 was a little expensive considering that. It was cold when we stayed and no central heating in van. Radiator and heater supplied but this seemed to trip the electric fuse box when both on with lights and a phone charger were on. Very muddy and boggy outside the van which is then difficult to keep off the caravan carpets

Nice and spacious with good decking. Clean all round . Large fridge nice and cold. Plenty of plug sockets . Nice tv

Lacking in kitchen equipment, ie no tin opener, no oven tray for cooking, no non stick frying pan. WiFi needs improving.

Couldn't get gas fire to work, luckily we had read reviews, so took a heater with us.

The caravan was very clean,and comfortable, loved walking over sand dunes, beautiful beach,very relaxing break, would definitely book again.

The oven door was broken so couldn't use that, the grill was in working order but I prefer an oven. Some towels would be a nice touch, if possible. It would be nice if the heater could be left in the caravan permanently. The shower was a bit hit and miss, going cold for a period during your shower at random. It does self resolve though.

The location was brilliant with easy access to the beach and local amenities. Unfortunately, the onsite cafe/bistro and reception was closed on arrival. Luckily, a friendly couple was able to show us their map and we found the caravan easily. The carvan was cleaned to an acceptable standard and there was plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. There was also tea, coffee and sugar provided, which was a nice touch. I would advise that you bring a spatula and whisk if u stay here. You will also need to bring towels, as these are not provided. At first the caravan was a little cold but the lovely host brought us a little heater which was great as I could get the gas heater on.

The only things I would mention are the shower in the caravan was difficult to control the temperature, it kept going either really hot or freezing cold. Also the kitchen didn't have certain things like a chopping board, wooden spoons, colander, scissors, cheese grater. We managed ok but just expected those things to be there really. However not massive problems and they wouldn't stop us from staying there again!

Me, my friend and our 2 children, both aged 4, stayed here for 4 nights. The location is absolutely beautiful, really quiet and serene. The beach opposite is simply stunning and we saw the sunset one evening which was lovely. The bistro on site is great and very reasonably priced, kids eat for a £1 in the holidays too! Drinks very reasonable compared to many places. The kids enjoyed playing on the park too and seeing the horses in the field opposite. Caravan was lovely and clean, spacious and homely. Owners are quick to respond to messages and have great communication. We had a really nice time at a very good price and would definitely stay again!!

Cleanliness was a bit poor: kitchen blind was dirty, washing up brush was overused and unhygienic. Unable to get warm water out of shower. It was either scorching hot or freezing cold. No towels provided.

Location was splendid. Caravan cosy and spacious for 2. Beds comfortable.

The hot water isn’t consistent. No shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided but that’s it. Everything else is good

Nothing to complain about. It’s comfortable. Fitted my family of 4 perfectly well. Parking right next to the property as well.

The bathroom smelt really strong of urine and the hallway smelt like sewage. It was quite bad and couldn't even use that bathroom. I expect it's the carpet in the bathroom that's been urinated on or something. It said on booking.com that there were games etc so didn't take anything for my daughter, there wasn't anything so that was a little disappointing.

The location was good, very close to the dune walk at Borth/Ynyslas Bed was comfy and clean
