Perfect location just out of the centre of town but within walking distance. Spacious room and excellent host. Ample parking outside which is perfect.

Could do with more plug sockets or an extension in the room as we had to keep plugging and unplugging item but this is very minor.

Friendly host, room as described in a great location. Beautiful walk from the property in to central Looe.

A charming hostess that was very helpful. We had excellent breakfasts. The room had the benefit of a balcony overlooking the sea and Looe Island. It was very pleasant to sit there and relax at the end of the day. Parking was available immediately outside which is always a bonus!

It was like home from home, our host was lovely, very welcoming. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked by our host and was delicious with plenty of choice. Very clean & in a fantastic position.

The shower was very small and I at 5ft 3in, with a medium build, struggled to move enough to wash. The bed was also a smallish size. There are lots of stairs at this property so would not recomment to anyone with a disability.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and nicely cooked and presented. I liked that you could sit and look out onto the view in the room, even if it was too wet to / cold to sit on the balcony. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, always attentative to your needs and offering you more toast Etc. if you would like some. Looe town is only 15 minutes away on foot, parking is availeble outside the property. Tea and coffe facilities in the room. There is a Hotel nearby where you can eat or have a drink

More breakfast choice not just cooked breakfast maybe breans on toast etc and maybe a breakfast order slip to submit would be easier shower a little small

It was further than I’d realised to walk from other things in Looe. Most shops/restaurants are on the east side though there are a few nearer.

Stairs inside the house to climb for wife as disabled. Mention this on selling the b and b suggest for others who are disabled.

Although parking was available and wasn’t an issue for the duration of the stay, there was only limited spaces on the street where the cars needed to be on the pavement to allow access for other traffic. Absolutely no fault of the guesthouse, just how the roads in the area were laid out. Beyond that this was a lovely property to stay at.

Easy access into the property, amazing sea views from the room, and conveniently located walking distance from the beach and a short walk into the town.

Walls are a bit thin, but this definitely did not spoil our stay.

Location is absolutely perfect. ..what a view! The welcome was warm and the accommodation was delightful. Eveerything was spotlessly clean and the food was superb.

The room was comfy and very clean. Tea, coffee in room which was great. Breakfast was excellent. Sharon the host was absolutely lovely, very informative of the area and interested in what you were doing or had done that day. Shares my love of seals too !!!! Perfect location and lovely place to stay. Parking directly outside is perfect. Highly recommended.
