NOTHING..EVERYTHING was perfect

Double room with shared bedroom. Spotlessly clean, everything you need in the room ( microwave kettle, mini fridge, fan) including LOTS of snacks drinks and every possible toiletry you may need in the bathroom. Vikram even supplied me with a toothbrush when overheard me saying I had forhotten mine. Parking available on driveway, only 20 mins walk to COOP LIVE arena. Vikram and his family where so attentive & welcoming. I was a little hesitant booking a room in a family's house, however I would book with Vikram again in a heartbeat. Better service & facilities had in many a hotel & bed & breakfast. Well done Vikram ( and family) for being such exceptional & welcoming hosts.

In my experience Mr.Vikram's house is the best place to stay in Manchester.A very hospitable family living in the heart of Manchester city close to nearly all tourist attractions. You don't need to worry about your breakfast they have everything teas,coffee,snack available for free on table in room. The house is very clean and located at very safe place with free parking facility secured by CCTV.It was really great to have chat with Mr.Vikram who is a very well travelled man and I ll get benefit from his wealth of experience and knowledge of travelling after seeking advice and discussing with him about my future destinations to travel around world. I ll definitely come back at the this property again.Please accept apologises for writing review after one month of stay as I was stuck somewhere.God bless you all.

Only disappointment was there wasn’t any drinking water provided for the guests.

Property was nice and clean. Separate room for each booking. Very affordable and organised. Best thing is lots of snacks and for launch or dinner they provide plates, glass, mugs, and all cutlery’s.

I have no complaints with my stay.

Very clean and well kept room and bathroom, the snacks and utilities offered for free by the owners were a welcome and thoughtful addition. The owners are a lovely family and made us feel welcome into the property as soon as we arrived.

Very quiet and clean. The family who lived in the properly downstairs were so lovely and very welcoming. Felt very at home and would stay here again.

Great location for coop live arena. Basic double room, which is just what we needed for the night. Shared bathroom also no issue for us, super clean, no complaints. Exceptionally friendly hosts who are willing to do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Exactly as photos described and easy to access property. Snacks and drinks provided in the room which is a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend and stay again if needed. Thank you so much!

The bedroom was a bit warm, but I guess we could have turned the radiator down.

We've never felt so catered for while staying away from home. The additional lengths the hosts go to to make you feel welcome and appreciated is outstanding. We literally walked three minutes to the bus stop and were in Central Manchester inside six more.

Really lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood, took us about 30 minutes to walk into the city centre but it’s a pleasant flat road in. Vikram and Sheetal were lovely hosts, very respectful of the space and left plenty of treats and water. It was a very hot day when we stayed so we were thrilled to have a fan in the room. The other amenities like the microwave and fridge were great, and the toilet was well-stocked with what you may need and very clean! Overall, couldn’t recommend more for our short stay in the city!

Check in was simple, instructions were clear. The hosts were lovely and friendly, and the room was clean. Very good value for money, and regular busses into the city centre only took 10 minutes

A Television in our room would have been nice.

Amazing host so kind, polite and helpful. Lovely clean room. I loved the little snacks left in our room so thoughtful and i was amazed all the shower items that are ready and available to use in the shower/toilet room.
