The owners arranged for a locksmith to replace the lock and sort the hinges which had dropped on the caravan door same day whilst they were on holiday themselves. Really easy to contact and resolved the issue on the same day.

The fridge didn't seem to work very well. Nothing that spoilt our stay.

No freezer, the fridge was not cooling well, a lot of ice on the back wall inside the fridge, we threw away a lot of food because of the fridge not working properly. Just a few matches left to ignite the gas on the stove, we couldn't find more in the property, luckily we had a lighter to do that. No fan for very hot days as we had a few during our stay and we bought our own as it was unbearable in the caravan even if we opened all the windows and the door. Dishes, cups and some pots in the kitchen needed a good scrub before using- thanks for providing anything we needed in order to do that. Both toilet seets needed a good cleaning before using. Once all done, everything was lovely.

Lovely caravan, very comfortable, very spacious, plenty of goods on arrival ( bread, butter, milk, eggs, sausages, bacon, beer, wine, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, biscuits, cookies, sweets), kitchen very well equiped, quiet area, ideal for relaxing, beds sooo comfortable, we slept like babies every night, clean and soft towels, all essentials in the bathroom provided. Thank you for a lovely holiday stay in a lovely caravan

The caravan was immaculately clean, when we arrived we were over the moon to find a welcome hamper as well. Communication with Michelle was brilliant in the leadup and during our stay. It met all our needs while were there for kayak fishing, walking and foiling (ran out of time for golf). Cake at The View in Port William and lunch at The Steam Packet in Isle of Whithorn is highly recommended. Hope to return soon.

The caravan is lovely, has everything you need. It is in a lovely area and close to different places.

All in all it was great wee bit remote as no little pub or any shops within walking distance

They had really thought of everything that you would need for your stay, down to the well equipped kitchen to the comfy beds, cosy bed linen and hot water bottles should you need them, the heating was excellent so I didn’t need them. Great welcome book with everything you need to know for your stay, a beautiful welcome basket with essentials, fridge had some irn-bru, wine, milk and cheese! The site was beautiful, peaceful and friendly. Great WiFi signal and games etc to keep everyone occupied!

Lack of a small shop on site or in the village ?

We loved the homely feel of the caravan , lovely touches for our pooch Diesel . The welcome pack of biccies and sweets was a great too .We loved the peacefulness, it was certainly serene and the weather was of Mediterranean climate !

Holiday home was excellent and hosts provided welcome treats which were a lovely touch. Can’t think of anything the holiday home didn’t provide. It was a home from home . Would definitely recommend.

I didnt not like anything however the fridge wasnt the coldest the milk that was left for us was curdled also the plug in the bedroom next to window is a tad faulty as olug needs pulled out a bit for the hairdryer to work
