United KingdomThe room can do with some deep cleaning, there are spiders and spider webs across the corners, the floor needs good hovering, there were hair in the sink and shower. The bedding and the room strongly smelled of bizarre incense. the windows were left open in the room, so, by the time I arrived at midnight the room was cold with nothing to do about it as you can’t turn on heating in the room. There is no mirror anywhere.Overall room looks much bigger in the picture than in reality, bathroom is tiny that it is difficult to use the toilet seat, and you can’t close the bathroom door if you are using it. The closest bus station is half an hour walk, I ended up going to luton airport and took a taxi (Bolt app) from there , it costed £17, and same from the property to the airport as I had early morning flight
I had an issue was the room lock that I couldn’t get in and called the host through the phone number provided and she replied and was helpful till issue resolved, that was at midnight.

JamaicaListen! We are not familiar with the area of Luton, and so when I saw this place very cheap, I wasn't sure how to feel, but I thought i should take a chance. Oh my goodness, first of all, I had to call twice before being told which room is ours and how to get in with the code assigned to our room. When we got in, the room was put together as much as it could've been. The bed was spread, the floor was clean, but the room was so tiny it should not have been classed as a double room. There is no way that two people could move around comfortably. The water pressure was great, but, bathroom was so tiny that if you intended to sit on the toilet, you better go in with your back turned because there was no space to turn around once ein the bathroom. Also, there were signs displayed around about not smoking and about keeping the noise level down, but as soon as we opened the door, the room stank of smoke. We decided to stay the night as it was too late to get another room at that time and soon regretted it as we were woken at 4am by screaming and moaning. Needless to say, we felt like we were sleeping in a literally hole in the wall and ended up staying one night out of the three nights that was initially booked. Never again, but u get what u pay for, i suppose
Although i had to call more than once to get into the house and find my room, the staff was kind and helpful. The water pressure was good as well. The shared kitchen was clean and put together. The WiFi was easily accessible.

Super communication from the hosts. I found myself at the last minute in need of a reasonably priced room in Luton at 10 pm on a Saturday night. I found this property after a search and was so grateful to see I could arrive up until 12 midnight. Within an hour I was on my way to the property. I had all the entry codes and very clear rules of the property clearly communicated to me in a very prompt manner. My room was for a single person, but had an extremely comfortable double bed!!! It also had an en-suite shower room with toilet!!!....the privacy was very nice. Quiet location, and very quiet house regarding the other guests in the additional rooms. Room and bedding, towels were generous and super fresh....even shower gel was provided. A community kitchen was clean and readily accessible. A generous 11 am checkout time too....I actually slept 9 hours straight!!!. I couldn't recommend the property any higher.
