Location was exactly what we wanted property was excellent really pleased. The facilities in the property were spot on couldn't have asked for anything else. It was very hot weather when we stayed. There is a ceiling fan in the main room, but the lights had to be on to operate it (the separate pull cord was broken). Providing a fan would have been good... BUT we didn't ask for one, and I am truly nitpicking here. It's not the hosts' fault that we had a short heatwave.

Great location, and access was well described and explained before we arrived so no trouble once we were there. Clean, comfortable. Everything we needed was provided.

One thing to note: the bathroom is equipped with a macerator pump system, which is quite noisy. It's worth keeping in mind if someone might need to use the toilet during the night.

First of all, the host, Gareth, was brilliant – very friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive to all our messages. The property is relative small, but every detail has been thoughtfully considered and well executed to ensure a comfortable stay. We had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend here, thank you Gareth, and are happy to recommend this place to others. That said, if you're not a beach-goer, the entire Margate and Ramsgate area may not be especially appealing for walkers or nature lovers - aside from the impressive White Cliffs of Dover - the surroundings can feel rather dull.

No complaints - although we knew it was a studio flat it did feel a bit claustrophobic but okay for a 3 night stay

Location was good as we needed to be near the local hospital as our stay was primarily to visit a very ill relative. Everything that was advertised was in the holiday let, so all good.

The electric gate entry was a bit of a faff getting in and out. just not used to that level of security.

Very nice practical little self contained apartment. Small kitchen area has everything you need, fridge,toaster,kettle, washing up area. handy for beach or local trips.

We liked everything.😍😍😍 Had all the things we needed. If I could add anything it would be an extra fan as it got very warm even though we had the ceiling fan on.

It was all good, well thought out. Would have liked a broom maybe, to sweep the floor-after one sandy dog!

Nice quiet area not far from beach. Friendly cafes nearby. Town walking distance. Owners of property friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was inside the studio. The ceiling fan was a godsend, as weather very warm. Dog friendly property too. The property felt secure for parking. We will happily return to this property.

A slightly bigger fridge would have been useful, the capacity was very small. The bathroom used a macerator pump system which made noise whenever it was in use. Also the location of the studio flat in the house meant there was some noise from the rest of the house that came through the walls.

The flat was pretty well provisioned with efficient use of the space. It was good to have a folding table and chairs to sit at. It was quite close to the beach and in a nice area. The bed was comfortable. There was lots of information provided by the owners including a map with local attractions. The free WiFi was fast.
