Bedside light, near window, keeps flashing on/off. En suite door won’t shut. Could have done with 2 pillows instead of one each.

Room was fine for the price. Location good easy to walk to near town centre. Car park adjacent to hotel, pay display £6.80 for 24 hrs.

Only to note that the location is along a busy street, so there is unavoidable traffic noise. No enough to bother me, but may not be quiet enough for some guests.

Great location with very good vibes (friendly staff, welcoming environment). Generously sized bathtub, good sized room. For a competitive price you feel very comfortable.

Very tired and worn in places - particularly in the bathroom. Cracks, mould, black grout. Also the light pull cord was black with grime. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. I could hardly see. Very small room and small bed. Noise from the pub before 11 pm. This is definitely a pub with rooms not a hotel. Expensive for what was provided. Maybe other rooms might be better and the location might be the most important factor for some - but it is definitely not somewhere that I would stay again.9

Bed was comfortable. Pretty quiet but only after 11 pm. Friendly and polite chap with a pleasant welcome. Close parking - although an extra cost of £7. Free WIFI. Hot water. Shower with reasonable pressure.

The hot water for the bath was luke warm at best, and the floors were incredibly squeaky/loud to walk on at night which made me feel bad for anyone sleeping below us, not the end of the world by any means but worth a note.

The staff were all lovely and the building/location it's self is genuinely quite beautiful. I'd happily stay again.

The room wasn't bad. But the bathroom was dismal. There wasn't even any hot water coming out of the sink tap.

Hotel was value for money however other guests quite noisy but not complaning everyone entilted to enjoy themselves,but due to heat struggled to sleep as couldnt have windows open because ov the noise.but overall would return to hotel.maybe a fan could be provided in rooms in the hot weather.

The bathroom really needs a proper clean around the grout in the bath/shower, I didn't want to use it this morning as it was all yellowy brown. It was also quite bad for noise insulation, woke up quite a few times because of other guests walking about and noise from outside.

Location was good, close to local amenities and the room was fairly clean and tidy. Bed was pretty comfortable and the staff were really polite and friendly. Was offered breakfast for the morning and instructions were given on how to use my keys etc.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bedding was clean and comfortable. Good central location and reasonable price of local 24 hr parking (£6.80). Breakfast was reasonably priced and freshly served.

Hotel was very run down, with room in a bad state of repair, bathroom was mouldy and unclean. shower was leaking and the room smelt damp. Cushion in the wardrobe was unclean.

The room was very hot, no fans or air conditioning, could only open the windows a small amount. Bathroom could do with updating.

The location was great, view of the river Severn. Very easy walk into town so close to restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. The host was helpful.

Wasn't very clear. Need a deep clean on a regular basis. The toilet was dirty and the carpet needed a good hoover.
